So Far, NOT IMPRESSED. I am a certified Medicaid provider in Ohio and all I have gotten is a card in the mail. Could they at least advise me in writing how to make them aware of my work with clients so I can be paid?
Also, I m disappointed in the State of Ohio for even employing them because they cut at least 2$ from my pay. I deserve better customer service than this. And I think the cost is WAY TOO HIGH and affects us negatively picking up new clients on the SELF waiver...
