If you move here, get ready for a pest infestation, and no acceptable support except a few sticky traps, and even then you have to wait till Friday to have them bring them. When I first moved here the previous staff were eager to get things done, they even told me to call them if ANY bulb needed replacing. Maintenance still do what they can but pests should be the highest priority to the office. No one should have to live in such a discusting and uncomfortable apartment for the current asking price. I have gotten rid of 2 mice now, one with their sticky trap where it died and smelled the place

Just a little note to let everyone know how much I love this place. I love my space I love this place. I love how I feel so safe. So many new friend who come and go. Who still wish me happiness where ever they go. Just 6 years ago David and I were looking for a place to live. We both lived up North and wanted to get away from the snow. Went to tour the apartment and the apartment itself was very nice- but carpet which is passe in 2021. The price - rent- considering the carpet was expensive, although there are nice mountain views. I did not feel totally welcome by the staff there..without the carpet issue, I still would not rent here for that reason.

Started threatening 25 dollar fees if trash cans weren't brought in by 9 am because it was an eye sore. Well you know what else is an eye sore advertising as a gated complex with a gate that's been broken for over a year as well as offering a car wash station that's literally a pavilion with a water hose this place is a joke and doesn't care about its residents at all they are just out to get every penny from you they can.

I can’t thank Jeff enough for a wonderful move-in experience for my boys and I!! He was super helpful, knowledgeable, super kind and really made our experience moving here, awesome!! He was on-top of everything and made the process, super easy, as well!!
As for our apartment, my boys and I love it!! The community is beautiful! Nestled into such a beautiful part of Asheville!! And the views are just breathtaking!! The Reserve has been great! Really nice apartments for an affordable price. They are pet friendly and quick with maintenance requests. The apartments feel clean and well taken care of. It is a perfect location. The tenants are friendly and nice. Really impressed with the office staff's responsiveness. They made all the paperwork simple & easy to understand. Definitely would recommend. Amazing mountain views!

My experience at the Reserve has been overwhelmingly positive. The office/leasing staff has been prompt and professional from the start and has continued to be so throughout the lease. I set everything up and signed with Amanda. I highly recommend working with her.
The property grounds and facilities are well maintained and kept clean. I constantly see staff running around on golf carts maintaining and cleaning the property. Everything in my apartment has functioned well and haven't had to put in any maintenance requests.
The residents seem to be a cross section of America. Everyone I have encountered

I just moved to Asheville not too long ago. I dealt with Amanda in the leasing office, and I will always recommend anyone to see her. She really was sweet and helpful- I ask a lot of questions and she never seemed bothered by them (can’t say that about someone else in the office). I love coming home and feel so at peace here, with the flow over everything- it feels like a boutique and I don’t feel so on top of everyone. Personal entry to my apartment is better than I could have imagined. There are some residence that I wish would respect the property more but honestly, who doesn’t have to

One of the best apartment communities I’ve ever lived in! The views are incredible, people are friendly, rent is affordable, and the office staff are very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. I’m glad I didn’t let the 3 star reviews influence my decision in living here because it’s truly a much greater place than any other place I’ve lived.

After being here for 3 months, I can safely rate this a 4 star community. I've lived in several apartment complex's in different cities and no complex is perfect. With that said, I did not get a chance to visit, as I was moving and needed housing urgently so my initial expectations were off website photos and surprisingly, the complex was better than I expected.
They changed the exterior paint to some more modern colors which I enjoy. It is a great location, for me personally (work is nearby), only a 7-10 minute drive to the city and easy to get in and out of.

Where do I start? I rented from them for 1 year, and my lease was up in February so I chose not to resign. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom. The roofs have mold on them, or moss of some sort, and my packages were stolen off of my front porch a fair amount of times. Jeremy one of the office staff members made it a point to come into the gym every morning when people were working out, walk on the treadmill, and gossip loudly on his phone disturbing things for everyone. Rent is too high for what you get. Lots of hidden fees. Trash removal is not included.. you pay $25 dollars a month for it and they wont let you remove it. Liability coverage is also required which is an additional $10 dollars a month. Maintenance is great but office staff lacks alot. They do not exterminate regularly, you have to put in a request for it if you see bugs. Ad states all units have granite countertops..nope.. ad also states each unit had hardwood flooring..nope. we have 1980s style fake tile and off white carpet. The staff is hostile, rude and unreasonable. (Whitney, Britney & Katherine).
Every time I talked to these women about a request, the answer was always "No".
The reason they say "No" is based on "Equal Housing Laws". However, the laws didn't apply to the requests, nor could they explain their reasoning. They would then proceed with yelling over me with a litany of personal attacks.
I had this same interaction with the office, no matter who I dealt with, for 3 years. It is their business

Just moved in and I must say, I am impressed!
First of all, Whitney from the leasing office is amazing. She helped me get all set up prior to my move from Chicago. She's cheerful and just awesome-sauce.
The apartment is a gated community tucked in the hills. I definitely feel safe here.
FEATURES:
- The living room is HUGE and comes with a closet, balcony and extra storage space.
- The kitchen is probably my favorite feature. The kitchen has an island with a sink and dishwasher. There's a stovetop oven, overhead microwave, and huge fridge/freezer. There

I've happily been a resident at the Reserve At Asheville for 3 yrs. now. The view is nothing short of astounding, and the grounds are kept immaculate. The cost to me was minimal, especially regarding the quality of life offered here! Whenever I have a maintenance problem, it is addressed immediately-which in this day & age is nothing short of amazing in itself! The maintenance man I've dealt with most is Charlie, although Mark is phenomenal as well. Charlie is down to earth, polite & always helps you work through whatever difficulty you have.
