Services
A deposit is required for all services. The deposit amount is 50% of the total amount agreed upon for services and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event via credit card and will be charged via the same credit card on file that was herein entered for deposit.
Should you want to use a different credit card, let us know prior to 8 days preceding your event date; alternatively, should we attempt to charge the card on file and the remaining balance does not process, we will reach out for remittance.The client is responsible for informing Chic Occasion, LLC of any allergies he/she is aware of.

Subcontractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Contractor, Chic Occasion, LLC. From time to time, Subcontractor may provide services to Contractor. In addition to the terms and conditions negotiated by the parties for particular "projects", Contractor and Subcontractor hereby agree that the terms and conditions of this Subcontractor Agreement (the "Agreement") shall apply whenever Subcontractor provides services to Contractor.

If I’m being honest, I’ve never been as upset with a company as I am with this one. I booked an appointment for October 15th at 3:00pm. I booked over a month in advance. On October 14th at 6:30pm I received an email saying that my appointment was being cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances” and that my money would be refunded. This caused me to have to find a replacement with very little notice. On November 1st, I emailed saying that I still had not received my refund and was told it was going to the owner directly. I never heard anything again. I sent out another email yesterday and

I really enjoyed my services ! The hair dresser was amazing ! Made my day more special for me and my bridesmaids . Only mix up was that there was an emergency supposedly and so the make up artist couldn’t make it so the hair dresser had to do makeup also. Hair dresser didn’t have all her supplies and also ran out of time for one bridesmaid . All was made right though as best as possible . One of the best places found as an option in West Texas . I recommend !

Do not book your hair and makeup with this vendor for any event. Chic Occasion does not have integrity in the business they do. We were charged an extra $700 on our card after paying in full and the owner never responded to my multiple emails and calls asking for a refund. We had to dispute the charge on our card through our bank, but haven't had any communication from David, the owner, taking responsibility for the error or even letting us know if a refund would be given.

Stay away!!!!! The owner David never respond to your emails when there is an issue. Not sure he even exists. The FB page says he responds quickly. What a joke.
They use booking agents who try to get your services booked, but in our case we had 7 people booked for a wedding and one of the makeup artists cancelled the morning of our event. The main stylist was great and they sent a substitute who only stayed half the time. As of 3 weeks later we still don't have a refund for services not performed. They also charged my card an extra time and not one phone call or email to let me know

It was overall fine, not the best but I didn’t have any major issues. I had to change my wedding date due to COVID-19 and needed to book someone to do just my hair and makeup so it was hard to beat the flat rate prices for hair, make-up, travel, and tip. Communication from the coordinator was great and the stylist was very nice. She showed up early (about 40 minutes) which was great, but I felt very pressured to start early which I wasn’t ready for so it made me feel very rushed. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company. I used them for my wedding in September and they were the ONLY vendor of the approx. 15 that I hired that I had problems with. I researched all of my companies very thoroughly and compared prices among each. This company appeared to have good reviews, reasonable prices, and was able to provide the most stylists out of any company I spoke with. I had 10 girls getting hair and makeup services done for my wedding day with a very tight timeline, and the owner of the company told me that we would get six stylists out to the venue on our wedding day to complete

The artist was very friendly and polite, but the results were hideous. I showed the artist the picture of how I wanted my hair and makeup to look so she can have an idea. She took about 1 to 1.5 hours to do my makeup which looked nothing like the picture. Not even similar to what I was hoping for. My foundation did not match my skin tone as it was orange (note I’m fair skinned). My lashes were way too long on the sides so my eyes looked droopy. She took about 15-20 minutes to do my hair and it looked like a birds nest honestly. I’m not one to complain, but I honestly thought it was a joke.

My husband and I found Chic Occasion after searching through a long list of potential vendor, and I am SO happy we decided to choose them! We had a mix of men and women for each of our wedding parties, and the artists were totally flexible; doing an amazing job on subtle touch ups for the men and more elaborate blow outs for the women. The artists were punctual, and most importantly did a fantastic job making us all look amazing in a short amount of time. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Chic Occasion had done my friends wedding last March, and I am so happy I hired them for mine! The two artists that showed up were professional, fast, and were great to chat with. They also nailed the flower crown hairstyle I was going for, which I was a bit nervous about at first. I highly recommend!!

Literally the worst experience. My sister's bridal portraits were Friday, June 12th at 6 pm. She booked online and paid the 100$ deposit. We get to the location where she will have her hair and makeup done at 3pm, the booked time. No one is there at 3. Or 315. Or 330. We called and called the listed number and left messages. No one ever called, even through close of business today. Unacceptable. A day that should have been fun and exciting was disappointing and anxiety ridden. Being a bride right now is hard enough without this ridiculous behavior on the part of Chic Occassion. Less than 1

WOW Chic Occasion did such a good job with our hair and makeup! They sent over a lady with over 17 years of experience who was on time, professional, and so positive about whatever we needed. My mom is a self-described "makeup shy" person and she was hesitant to try fake eyelashes. Our stylist found some natural ones and she looked so beautiful. I also LOVED my bridal hair, which included a hairpiece. She secured it without hurting me and I got to dance all night without worrying about it! The only spotty part about their service was the communication leading up to the event--I seemed to talk to
