I applied last night, and within an hour or two I got a call to schedule an appointment to come in and take a look at some cars. not expecting at all to get a car, but with the help of Robby and a few other agents. I drove home with a very reliable and affordable car for myself. i’m very thankful for all that they did for me today because for the first time in a very very long time I am not afraid about my car breaking down anytime soon.

Went in with credit challenges last year after an accident took my previous vehicle. I got a descent deal on a newer car for very low cost, but the devil is in the details. They use your credit score in any way to weaponize higher payment plans against you and basically steal your money. Only in America do you get such disgusting and deceitful business practices from people. They are all basically con men looking to rip you off. Do yourself a favor, save your money and even buy a used vehicle 2nd hand while rebuilding your credit. Do not go here at any cost. No one that works here as ANY integrity

My experience with Daniel Nguyen was so great one thing that I loved the most he even pick me up all the way to South Center mall . I bought the van with zero down payment and I was so happy. All the people who help me to get these van are all nice and I will definitely recommend to all my friends to buy there cars at money mart . This is my first time buying a car on credit. After visiting this dealership in person, I found out that they committed loan fraud on my financing application by submitting my application to banks for a vehicle I wasn't even looking at and never was discussed with me. They modified down payment and loan terms without my consent. This also exposed a very clear and documented 'bait and switch' strategy to try to sell me a different vehicle after getting me in the door.

Traveled 180 miles after confirming with Peter that my friend had a pre-approval. Two days prior, my friend confirmed that they understood I would only be available for an hour and a half and wanted to confirm as I didn't want to waste a long commute to get nowhere. Redemption. I had an awful experience at the other location on Lake City and Peter B. Calls me to see if he could earn my trust and business. I told him what I wanted, my price range , and payment. He listened , he was honest, he did not pressure me nor did he disappoint me. Which I found that to be respectable. The honesty was everything as my credit needs work. I think the biggest mistake I've made in my life was coming to this place. First off, i know car dealers are shady and I will admit I should have had more knowledge or brought someone with me who did but that doesn't excuse to the degree of which I was screwed over. It's a long story but I was lied to, taken advantage of, and for the last year I've been struggling because I got suckered into a car I can't afford and I absolutely hate. When I went to them with my problem, rather than make an attempt to talk about it, they tried to sell me another car.

I was receiving calls, and texting from a man named Peter. Show up, and get a man named Mohamed. Not the same people. Mohamed was dismissive, and smelled heavily of booze. He was clearly intoxicated, blood shot eyes, slurred speech. Maybe he is new, and was being hazed. It was weird.
I asked for Peter, and Mohamed said that he is the manager over him. It was throwing signs of a bait and switch, so I said I was going to take a step back, and rethink everything, and he went off on me.

Mohammed and Katie went to the 'car salesperson' school from hell..
They are negative energy for a dealership I would say .. They are either overworked, or do not give a darn
about people in general.
I am in sales, and expected them to be at least medium helpful ..
One star rating..! I went to another dealership, and purchased a
beautiful Lexus SUV, and paid cash.. The other dealership wasn't that
great either, but got a steal..Maybe you have to purchase brand new
to get good customer service.. I will save my money for 'New' next time..

Its NOT WORTH IT! This place is terrible! Sold me a car after 2 months engine blew due to worn timing belt! No warrant as is so when I called they told me to xxxx off in so many words. Paid 2000+ that should've gone towards my payments to credit acceptance, for a new engine! They installed a gps tracker that ruined my electrical; no dash lights, radio, or headlights. They are scam artists and once they get their money from credit acceptance they dont give a xxxx about you until u miss a payment, even if u call ahead of time. They will cut your car off and tow it away in the middle of the night

They had poor customer service. They tried to get us into a old rusted beat up jeep. They thought we would take it. While the guy was showing us the vehicle 4 other employees stood there with stupid big grins. Laughing at us. Probably because they thought we would buy the crappie car. Honestly they had us there all day. From like 10 am to 8 PM. I have never felt so disrespected. My fiance is a army vet. Nice to know how they treat people who served our country.

Well things have changed. They tried to cheat my friend every possible way and tried some illegal things, like telling her she was ineligible for a Co-signed loan, and would not tell her what bank the loan would be with. They only showed one car, which was priced $15,000 higher than blue book and had high miles! The awful sales person would not even tell her the finance details or interest rate, insisting she fill out paperwork , shaking the keys in her face
