Your chance of becoming disabled at some point in your life is much higher. One out of every two people age 65 or older will need some form of long-term care due to disability.
Estate planning was once a matter of helping people plan for the transfer their assets to heirs upon death. Today, since people are living so much longer, the scope of estate planning has broadened to include the preservation and best use of assets during your lifetime so you won't outlive your assets.

Very disappointed. Unresponsive. Called me 5 minutes before our meeting was scheduled to try to cancel after I had been in the car for 30 minutes! Paid the retainer and didn’t get much of anything out of it. Hired to get my dad on public aide. Three months later he passed and we were left with the bills after he told us we would be covered- we weren’t. Stay far away!
