I was having problems with my website not showing up online, and Chris, with Placester was able to link into my host provider and fix my problem after also getting IONOS personnel involved during a 3-way conversation. Chris was magnificent, and I highly recommend Chris and Placester for your website's needs.

Unbelievable after 9 years paying $5 per month randomly this *Placester decided to start charging $69 without notice, no consideration for grandfather or discount or whatsoever …. If it want for Us the people that support this “ company since the beginning they will be no placester…. They rather to cancel my account before to offer any kind of discount or any other alternatives

Customer service has always been GREAT . Every rep that I have spoken with has always been very responsive and quick to find an answer or solution to my problem. I decided that I wanted to change the format/theme/design of my real estate website. I wasn't really sure what to do, and didn't want to mess up anything either. So I called the support team, and was able to chat with someone immediately. I told them what I wanted to do, and it was done remotely. Just like that. I will definitely recommend them, and will be changing my theme more often now, just to give it a new fresh look. Thanks, Placester!

Wow! Spent a lot of time designing a website- but there were technical problems that placester had to fix themselves. Here are some examples:
1) My contact information wouldn't save (it kept saying-please try again)
My website is non-functional with a random stock photo of another agent
2) My social media would not save (it kept saying-please try saving again)
I spent a ton of time on the phone with customer service. Each call someone would look into an issue for 30 minutes to then say, "our technical team will have to look. I'll submit a ticket"." See the screenshot

Working with Placester was a great experience. For a nominal price they totally set up my website! It was the best $$ I've ever spent!! Their Creative Assistants listened to my feedback and customized my website. They are always there for any questions or help I may need. It doesn't get any easier than that!! I've used Placester for the past three years and recently decided to move on. During the first year, it felt as though I was part of the QA team, as I was constantly identifying bugs/issues that should have been discovered by the company. I remained patient because I thought they were moving in the right direction but in 2019, they moved their support services offshore and since then it's been a bit of a complete nightmare to get fixes implemented and fixes seem to be required very often.

BEWARE! Don't open an account because you'll never be able to cancel and they will keep billing you no matter how many times you contact them. They will also expect you to have the "phone recordings" of when you cancelled even though I produced phone records in addition to bank account statements. Absolutely Ridiculous!

I would not recommend this company. As of today, it has been five days since I first reached out to them about a serious issue on our site, making it inoperable. They still have not corrected and won't give me access to a manager to discuss. They constanly try to sell us add-ons but can't fix a critical issue to our current site. They are not the worst real estate website company I've seen, but they're not great. Of course, this issue overshadows their decent designs and user-friendly interface. You really get to know a company when you have a problem, right?

It has a very user friendly interface. Customer service is pretty good for the most part. I had a lot of errors in which the web feed was not working with mls this occurred on and off for 6 months. I switched companies at a different rate, and the Rep who set up the change didn't cancel my old account. They offered about 1-2 months of credit for a mistake they made. In addition, the package I was on wasn't even the one I was supposed to have. So they basically were stealing my money. I would in no way recommend this company to any realestate agent. Update **** they ended up crediting
