Hands down the best company I have ever worked with. I am a first time home owner and this is not the experience I was expecting to have. A real estate agent by the name of Tracy guided me into the process of searching for a home and while the houses were nice, it seemed like she was rushing me into choosing something and more focused on closing a sale. Everytime I asked questions or wanted to contact the owner of a home concerning anything I had a question about, she would tell me I couldn’t do that and just brush off any of my concerns. Rebecca Cucovatz’ team was amazing. W did hit hiccups, but no matter what Rebecca and her team where there to handle all. Rebecca and team are professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. The worst experience I have ever had . we had this sorry reality company reach out to us for help on ac . They made the tenant stay in 100 degrees trying to negotiate pricing on a system them came to the conclusion replace system with used lol. And mind you 3 Drs own this property. I finally let them talk me down and we installed the following day a condenser only. 2 hr tops on a job like this . well the airhandler had failure unfortunately and what we do worked 4 hrs above and beyond on a unrelated repair to help and then tstat was bad I provided and ran to yes help. Well the POS company disputed

We have used Rebecca for the purchase, lease and sale of the same house in the last 5 years. She came through with flying colors on both deals (ironically both were complicated by the other party). I cannot emphasize how great she was on all accounts including assisting us with the remodel of the house after the renters left.
