See photos. Dirty. Bugs on floors. COVID puke in waiting room. No one at desk for quite some time, when there's people to be registered. The doctor did his job well. The nurses did their job well. But as for the overall visit? It was a nightmare. I sat in the hallway in the back, immediately across from a confirmed covid patient. With cloth curtains between me and said door. And yes the door was left open, before the "kill light" went in. Yuck. Not impressed. Whatsoever.

Was advised by peds doctor to take my son to the er, he was seen and the doctor writes a script for a medicine that not only cost 3000 dollars for 6 pills but also isn't available at any pharmacy I tried. The pharmacist insist I try speaking with the er doctor to see if he'd write a new script for something more affordable and available, he tells the registration that my child can just wait for my insurance coverage to kick in rather than writing out another script that a normal person could actually afford. So time wasted, money wasted, and my child has to wait even longer for proper medical treatment

Sent my grandmother home with double pneumonia from covid. Told her she could treat herself at home. She passed away on ventilator after. If they only kept her and gave her the proper care she could still be alive. Who sends a elderly patient home when they should be on a ventilator?
Once they got one on her it did the opposite of what it was supposed to do.

I am alive today thanks to the care I recieved at Bertrand Chafee Hospital! I arrived, by ambulance, at the ER extremely sick with covid. The care I received was so thorough. I went through multiple testing and a treatment was started. I was then admitted to stay in the hospital. I stayed for three days. The medical staff from the Er to the floor I stayed on was professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and attentive. My care did not stop when I left. They made sure I had all that I would need at home to continue my care. Thank you to all the medical workers during this trying time. You are all

The primary care center is HORRIBLE.
Dr. Heilderburger is absolutely the worst primary care doctor I've ever had. He doesn’t know who I am. He runs hours behind on his schedule .. on an everyday basis ... his nurses are great and apologize for him .. except, Lynne, his secretary … she’s just rude.
He doesn’t communicate with his patients unless it’s to satisfy a governmental mandate … and then it’s sudden and , again, rude.
This is a business, correct? How about treat it as such .. act like your patients and their needs matter!!
I’m a small business owner in this community and

Took my daughter to the ER last night for painful urination, blood while wiping, and frequent urination. I was told she was fine and that she must have scratched herself while wiping. Took her to children’s today due to same problem and she has a really bad UTI.

I was seen in august for a double ear infection. I gave my insurance information as it’s the first thing they ask for. In room for 2 min and sent on my way. I get a bill from a collector 6 months later after I paid my deductible and my insurance paid the portion. Turns out they had a dr working there who is not in blue cross blue shields of New York network. He had a attitude, and was very ignorant. He gets a check from the hospital that is in network. But he can then turn around and bill me privately!!! Absolute trash as I wasn’t told any of this or I would have gone somewhere else. I will

It was ok, went in for a dislocated knee and it hurt quite a lot so moving was very difficult so I needed another person to be helped up on the x ray and the lady was so rude and impatient. I understand the impatience and that you have to take some initiative with a patient to help themselves but she was just nasty.
There were a few other cons but giving two stars bc the one employee was fairly nice to me and informative.
