We are open, but of course masks are required! As always we sanitize regularly. Tables and equipment are cleaned after each use and at the end of the day we fog the entire clinic. Treating your injury and rehabilitating your body is our main focus, but our ultimate goal is to give you the best quality of life possible.

The first thing you see when walking into the clinic are the front office staff's smiling faces. Our office staff handles scheduling, insurance inquiries, and so much more. Manny opened Castroville Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Rehabilitation in 2010, starting with just a couple of patients and himself.
If you're insurance has stopped paying or authorizing visits, this program is perfect to continue physical therapy on a budget. For $10, any past patient can utilize our facility to continue their program while in the presence of our staff. The only services that you will not have access to are the manual therapy, Moist hot pack and electric stimulation therapy.
Physical Therapy must be completed under a doctor's supervision. We cannot schedule you for an initial evaluation until you have seen a doctor and received referral. It is usually 1-1 weeks between scheduling and your initial evaluation appointment due to limited appointments. We will call you one day before your initial evaluation to confirm the appointment and address any insurance questions, co-pays, or co-insurances.
