We have worked with Michael Lawton and his staff for over a decade and I have to say they are complete professionals. It isn't easy to balance the needs of the property owners as well as the tenants' needs but some how, Lawton Real Estate are experts at navigating the best of both worlds. Michael Lawton has been a dynamo in the field of property management for over 30 years and I can't think of anyone else better suited to do the job.

DISGUSTED!!! RUN!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!! I live in La Jolla and reached out to Hemal Parekh who was renting out a property at Villa Tuscana. I first called the guy he never introduced him self after I gave my introduction. I ignored it. When I went to see the place he posted for rent I met with the tenants and not him. I reached out telling him I was interested and he said he would send over a Application. I reached out three more times because I never received the application and he never touched base with me again.
I have high standards and expectations. This type of treatment is unacceptable
