Shine Real Estate are a god send. My wife (girlfriend at the time) and I were looking for a place that was affordable and in the right location, that's when we met Vicki and her crew. She looked after us from day one. Always treated us with respect and kindness. Whenever an inspection or something was coming up she gave us plenty of notice and worked with us to organise times when we were home. If anything was wrong she jumped onto it straight away, calling us back and emailing us ASAP so we could work together to get it fixed. We rented a beautiful apartment in Docklands through Shine Real Estate. The moment we stepped in the door for inspection., we instantly fell in love with the place. It was not only the place but also our experience with Shine Real estate of leasing this property was nothing less than a cake walk. All the issues were addressed in-time and the staff was really helpful and professional. This review will not be complete without the mention of our property manager for this property (~4 years), Ewan, he has been always approachable and resolved any issues relating to the property quickly, very nice gentleman

This is the worst real estate agent I have EVER come across...
They have 0 clue about any residential tenancy act regulations. They are incompetent and unorganised. Would not recommend buying, renting or selling through this agent.
The agent - Tennant relationship is non existant, everything is your fault until you have to show them the laws and regulations yourself.
Stay away, they are potato's.
