The sensation is described differently by each patient but most will say there is little to no pain upon insertion. Qi, or vital energy, can feel deep and dull or it can radiate along channels. In either case, acupuncture is a relatively pain-free practice. Western research has found that acupuncture needles increase the patient's levels of serotonin, dopamine and endorphins, which relax the body and sedate the mind.

This is acupuncture plus! Natalie is a wealth of information in so many areas. She is also one of the kindest people I have ever known. She has treated me for so many different things - digestion problems, to skin problems, sleep problems, to the general well-being of the body that so many of us crave. Before I would consider any other kind of treatment, I would see Natalie first. I trust her, and it's a kind of trust I don't have for many practitioners. I'm truly in awe of her knowledge and of the wonderful human being she is.

Wonderful! I feel so relaxed, pain free and can sleep better after 1 visit a week! Natalie is top notch and knows her stuff! Professional and friendly service with a smile always! I will never go to another acupuncturist again! Ohh and she doesn't hurt at all when using the needles like other acupunturists I have been to!

I came here last year in an effort to treat frozen shoulder and acid reflux.
Natalie is the best. It's not just pins and needles she's into but she gives you a thorough exam before hand - asked you tons of questions and then from all that info deduces what areas to hit.
Although I no longer live in the area, I would drive down to use her again in a heartbeat.

I feel so lucky to have found Natalie and to be able to call upon her compassionate care.
My ailments ranged from foot pain (plantar fasciitis) to terrible pre-menstrual symptoms that would seriously constrain my way of life.
She is so overtly concerned about my well-being. I do believe that the only reason my back and foot pain have almost gone away entirely is because I have been in her care.
Her knowledge and thoroughness is a relief and her compassion, impressive. She is so fierce and yet one of the nicest people I've ever met... not quite sure how she does it.

Natalie is fantastic. She is a great listener as well as great at explaining acupuncture and Eastern Medicine, which is not an easy thing to do. She gave me some great suggestions on things I can do on my own to get my energy up. I've received acupuncture for years and Natalie ranks high on my list of practitioners. It was fun to use an iPad to do my patient intake forms instead of having to write it all by hand. The office has a great location and is very welcoming. If you've ever wanted to try acupuncture this is a great place to go.

I could not be more excited about the sessions I got. I have been dealing with GERD for a few years and I was starting to think I had to live with this all my life taking medication. I had a few sessions with Natalie which drastically improved my health to the point where I now can sleep through the nights without any abdominal pain. My health overall also has improved with the treatments.
Natalie is dedicated and also a very good listener, something I think a lot of medical practitioners are missing.
thumbs up!
