I took an older truck in that had almost 300k on it with an oil leak. They told me it would be 3k to fix it. I spent 95.00 on a few parts and fixed it myself with a well respected and knowledgeable man within 4 hours. I paid for an oil change and upon our work saw that my front differential hadn't been touched in years and had almost no oil left. Very, very disappointed in inspection, quality of work, and quite frankly trust.

I 100% recommended this shop! The staff there is wonderful & nice, and the manager of the store Steve is very friendly. I feel confident in having work done on my car here. In all the times I’ve been they haven’t ever tried to overcharge/upsell on things like some shops do. They are always honest and upfront about the work needing to be done. They also often send out emails running specials.

I always come to Cobra for oil changes but today I took my car in after having some issues with the wiper blades not working. After looking it over they fixed the issue in minutes and didn't even charge me. I cannot get over how amazing this place is they never upsell or lie, they are always on top of things and are the nicest people! I have recommended to literally everyone I know and will continue to. Cobra Tire and Auto in Gilbert is the absolute best, I will be a customer for life!

Great service for great value! I had to do a tire rotation & wheel alignment before a spontaneous roadtrip, and they were able to schedule me for the following day. Steve was being honest about my vehicle condition, but he went out of his way to give me a super affordable quote for all the service. The staffs are super efficient, professional, and friendly to their customers. I highly recommend this place to everyone in Gilbert!!

Great value and transparency you want in a mechanic. Steve up front is always extremely helpful and asks all the right questions to get to the root cause of your issues to get them corrected. He is always willing to work to find you the best price as well. Take all my cars here solely because of the service he provided the first time I came in for an oil chance.

BEWARE!!! A couple of Saturday's ago , ( the 26th ) I dropped off my car at " COBRA TIRE AND AUTO " a NAPA location in Gilbert Arizona. My power steering and water pump were leaking. I purchased my own water pump and asked if they would install it. The manager ( Steve ) said they're really not supposed to but he would do it in my case but with no warranty . I said that's fine , the car has almost 200,00 miles on it so I don't care. He said it would be a few days and I said that was fine. A few days later I got a voicemail from him apologizing for the delay. He said a man called in and another man

Went in for a check engine light. They misdiagnosed twice costing about $1000 and bent my door backwards(pictured) like Tommy Boy. The manager tried to say the door was like that initially but then said its possible they may have just made it worse, which was ridiculous. You can see where they backed out and caught the inside of the door (pictured). Good luck if you have an issue here. Store management will not correspond in email. General management will do nothing (picture). An honest shop would pay for what they broke. They told me to put it on my insurance. Uh no.

Cobra Tire and Auto has really become my go to car place. I called and they fit me in for a same day appointment when I explained it was my only day off work. They were quick, efficient and completed the job better than I could have anticipated. Their customer service is stellar! They are polite and considerate, and the cost was very affordable. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing car care!
