Fast service and the guys didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I asked them to replace the brakes which would have been a few hundred dollars but they inspected them and told me they look brand new, saving tons of money!!
Update: Same fast service, same smooth customer service, I’ll be back next time for more of the same!!!

I usually go to discount for my tires. I felt like this place would do so much better for some reason. I had a horrible experience. I've had flat tires and took them to discount. The service is so much better. They fix everything! At Purcell they ask you if you want your spare tire put back. They let you drive off without balancing the tire. My vehicle doesn't feel the same since they worked on it. It feels like the tire is flat all the time and it pulls sideways. Very unhappy with buying tires from here. They kept apologizing because they knew they were screwing up one to many times. This place

Jim was very nice on phone. He was even nicer in person when I got there. Told him what my motorhome was doing. He said they'd check it out next day & he'd call me & let me know what they found. He called me next day as promised. I had them fix problems & picked up motorhome next day. At that time he pointed out that tires needed replaced sooner than later. They were dry rotting. I got great service & Jim really took great care of me.
