DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE..
The Management is nonpresent and doesn’t care about tenants. They only care about getting the apartments rented out. Anything beyond that falls outside of their remit. The apartments are infested with German roaches. Be sure to be greeted by dead cockroaches every once in a while! Walls of these buildings are paper thin which is another problem. Maintenance requests have to be submitted multiple times to get things fixed. I regretted not taking into account other negative reviews posted here.

I have been living in this apartment for not even a year and it has been terrible. When I first moved in after two months they tried to accuse me of owing over $800 in unpaid rent. I always pay my rent on time and even before the time has arrived. I had to go to legal services in order to solve this situation and it turned out that they owed me OVER $300 in funds. When I called the management they did not want to talk to me and just wanted me to pay even when I contacted legal services they did to want to speak to my attorney. The people who work in management are disrespectful especially the receptionist
