From a very early age, Dr. Chloe Nguyen knew that she would pursue a career in dentistry. In 1995, she left Houston to begin that journey. She attended a 7-year dual degree (BS-DDS) program at New York University; during that time she received her Bachelor of Science in 1998 and Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2002.

We love Chloe! I was skeptical at first about taking on a new dentist. I like to keep things consistent, but Dr. Chloe eased my mind with her warm personality. She is great with children and very personable with the adults. We love the way that she is honest in her thoughts about procedures. The term laser dentistry refers to Dr. Nguyen or Dr. Ho using a laser to complete a dental procedure instead of traditional dental tools. The dental industry first started using lasers in 1989 in procedures involving soft tissues. At Chloe Dental in Houston and Katy, Texas, we use lasers to detect and fill cavities and to treat tooth sensitivity and gum disease.

I like these dentists, Dr Chloe and Dr Ho. They are really passionate on dental care. You have to get use to Dr Chloe bec she is straight forward but she cares about dental care. dr Ho is more relaxed but still same passion for dental care. I end up switching my dental care here since my kids go here and I am pretty happy .

This review is bitter sweet..intial appt was on a day that clay location was closed &staff was @ eldrige. I wasnt notified of this over the phone by the nice girl which pushed my appt 1 day so I pointed it out.
Day of appt I waited too long to be assessed for my cracked tooth. Assistant not to be named was caring &accommodating which felt like a lot since I just wanted to get in & out which I pointed out, but I appreciate her kindess.
I was qouted, & in need of dental attention, so paid HIGH deposit, and HIGH price tag to be seen on nxt visit.
Upon chk in for 2nd visit. I was greeted , "hi Im

I can't say enough about how skilled and professional Dr. Chloe is. Recently I was suffering from agonizing wisdom tooth pain in the lower right part of my mouth. I had previously scheduled an appointment at a oral surgeon’s office to have my wisdom tooth evaluated, and if the price was right get it extracted. After the oral surgeon’s staff gave me a quote I saw that they wanted to charge me an arm and leg for one wisdom tooth extraction. I can't say enough about the professionalism and care that Dr. Chloe and Dr. Ho gave me and all their patients. They always ask how you are doing and want you to be comfortable during whatever procedure you are having done. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Dr. Chloe and her staff a 10. Wish 0 stars was an option. This woman is clearly about money. While in pain in her chair showed 0 compassion, only wanted to how I was going to pay. Clearly out to rob people of their money. I will never step foot in this office!

I I did eventually (four days later) go to a dentist about 2 to 3 miles away and they charge only $81 for a service that she wanted $300: the extraction of two teeth! They did good quality work and that's the most important thing. There are a few things I didn't like about the office however. First is the office is a bit outdated. The equipment looks old and the office could use some updating. Second is they required upfront payment. I never have been to a office that asked for payment first before anything being done. I shouldn't suspect why they would do this. Third, the assistants seemed like they need more training. Made an appointment for a consultation regarding braces, the male ortho was nice but once I told him about prices in other locations his attitude changed and told me that if I was going to get my braces with them to give them a call, got up and left. He wasn't even kind enough to write down the prices (down payment& monthly payments) when I asked the receptionist if he was going to do so, she went and asked him. She came back and said "did he tell you the prices?" and I said "yes" and she followed that up with "oh he said it would just say the same thing"

I. HATE. THE. DENTIST. well that's what I used to say. Even as an adult I dreaded going! That was until I found Chloe Dental! The employees are very friendly and talk you through everything! I don't believe their prices are outrageous, I have never questioned anything that I got charged for. I have had an implant a few years ago and that has been phenomenal never given me any problems. Dr Chloe always stops in to say hi even if I am in the chair with a bite wing in my mouth haha!! Definitely recommend this dentist (I did not receive a free cleaning for this good review) :D

The absolute worst dental office I've ever been to. No respect for appointment times. 1 hour wait first thing in the morning. Hygienist has absolutely no experience and zero etiquette. The worst cleaning job ever! And I see dentists REGULARLY! I do not recommend this place at all. I will not be back.

NEVER AGAIN. My husband and I went to this dentist for a couple years just because it was so close to us, but we finally had enough and started going elsewhere. From Day 1, they told my husband he couldn't ever have regular cleanings - only DEEP CLEANINGS. Needless to say, those are more expensive. When they found out we were getting married, they kept mentioning teeth whitening (funny how that never came up before). It was great work that they did with me but the only problem is that they don't tell you the full price when it comes to your teeth they tell you the most minimum price they can even if you ask them so I didn't like that. they made me pay about $380 more that was planned and still wanted more don't get me wrong they did a good job but make sure you get the full amount your gonna pay.

My first time visit at this location was very interesting. Waiting period is long. The billing depth rep was very pushy and some what cavalier. I will not recommended this office. I tried giving my local businesses my business, but I guess I chose the wrong one. No way I am trying give this office a bad review without fully experienceing the total service. The x - ray tech was great, she was professional at all times. The front desk clerk was pleasant also. The Head dentist told me I had no cavities, but had spots on my teeth. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I hate to give a bad review, but my experience was HORRIBLE!!! I gave 2 stars because they were able to SQUEEZE me in and the receptionist was really nice. My appointment was for 4:30, I arrived around 4:20. I was not seen by the dentist until about 5.
