Not very happy with this branch. Every teller is asking for different things. I just need to make check deposits to my business account and all of a sudden the last two tellers ask for my ID. I am not asking for ANY CASH, and the amounts are small. Before they never asked me for it. I don’t understand how anyone could do business if they couldn’t allow someone else to deposit a check on their behalf. Even when I deposit on the Rojas drive thru they don’t ask me for anything.

I haven't been a member for very long, but so far they have been very friendly and have giving me great customer service! I would definitely recommend them to other people looking for a different experience in banking. I do have to say that there banking app is not the best, but it serves its purpose and I'm pretty sure it will improve. Great team overall and again, great customer service!

This is a review for TFCU customer service center, it must be a satellite base hidden in the Franklin Mountains, where they haven't seen sunlight for days, and as a result it shows in there customer service skills. So I got a automated call Sunday night about a credit/debit fraud alert transaction by TFCU. I call the next morning, wrote all the information down and case number TFCU left on my message. The first lady I talked to was rude, had this smug condescending attitude, who transferred me to the debit alert fraud center....I guess the credit and debit have separate fraud "Special
