Commercial Escrow collects your receivables and specializes in the collection of Real Estate Lien Notes and Property Contracts. Complete accounting of Payment, breaking down Principal, Interest, Accrued Interest, Late Charges, Fees, and Escrow. We maintain a complete history of all transactions including Principal and Escrow balances.

We collect for Property taxes and Insurance (Escrow), pay the taxes and insurance. We furnish 1098's and 1099's yearly and file those with the IRS electronically each year. We are a third party that collects the payment, deducts escrow and fees, then pay the Lien Holder their net. We work very well with the Lien Holder's or Makers Real Estate Attorneys and Accountants.

I would give a zero if allowed. Don’t use them for anything. Juana is the rudest person all the time. She has no customer service skills. She’s always in a terrible mood and never allows you to talk to explain a situation. I do not recommend their services at all. Take your businesses somewhere else.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Very bad experience! They are always very rude! Especially Juana, shes always mad and answers in a bad way. The fist time you talk to her shes nice and everything but after a few times shes always rude. Definitely not recommend!!!!!!
