Critical: Professionalism
Called asking about parts, wasn't rude, clear and concise about what I was looking for. I simply stated that the prices were a bit elevated from other businesses that I had been looking around for. The individual on the phone proceeded to hang up on me. Bar none, extremely unprofessional.

30$ cheaper diagnostics than the guys out in village point. They helped me figure out why my gaming computer was shutting down intermittently. I brought them an old high performance rig, and they cleaned it up nice, figured out the issue, and got it back to me in under 5 hours from drop off. Thanks guy.

After having a horrid experience with one of their competitors I called Special Touch -- well named! Literally having put up with months of excuses I finally broke with incompetence experienced elsewhere, I explained the issued in need of addressing and mentioned that the bar they would have to clear was laying on the ground to be an improvement! Evan came out the next day -- took my computer with him after checking it out -- and BROUGHT IT BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH ALL ISSUES ADDRESSED!!! I could not be more pleased with Evan and their entire team and highly recommend them!

I took a laptop that had various issues in to see what it would take to get it fixed. The shop was very quick to diagnose the issues and present my options. I approved the repair and then asked that they upgrade the hard drive to an SSD and that's where the trouble began. The computer had a 1 TB HDD in it and when I picked it up for some reason they only replaced it with a 120 GB SSD. This made no sense to me at all, I was told that since their wasn't many files on the hard drive that's all I needed. That should be for me to decide and it seemed like common sense that you would replace a 1TB HDD

I can't say enough good about this business. They were friendly and professional. Very informative and fixed my computer in a very reasonable time frame. My computer required further diagnostics to figure out what was wrong and they were great about communication and making sure I was on board with their plans. Thank you!! Special Touch was just that, in every way. Immediately responded to my email, quickly got my computer issue diagnosed in-house, ordered the necessary part, and had me fixed up and ready to go, good as new--and at a reasonable price--in short order.
