I've been in real estate for 48 years. Never have I met a loan broker that worked as hard for me or any of my clients as Wayne Black. Due to my circumstances what should have taken a month took two years. He never gave up. I wish there was an award for the few who actually do their job. We were very pleased. Moving 2,000 miles can be disconcerting but exciting too. Needing to purchase a new home and wanting it to replace the reverse mortgage we currently had on the home we sold, we needed someone who understood Reverse Mortgages. Wayne Black and his assistant Ann were a blessing. Things have to be done in a timely manner and they made that happen. We're happy in our new home because of their efficiency.

M. Black, especially, along with his professional team, are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and insightful. They know the reverse mortgage program and it’s various products. The advice provided is excellent and applicable to individual client need.
There are numerous national lenders. But having made the mistake of applying to the internet recommended ‘top’ lender, and having spent months trying to unravel their misleading assurances, and absorbing unwarranted cost, I terminated the application and began working with Mr. Black’s firm.
