I found LoanPro on a Facebook Group I'm on and they had amazing reviews. Huge shout out to Brittany Davis. Several of my friends have used her and had such a great experience I decided to talk to her about my mortgage. On Dec. 10 we chatted and she sent me the initial request for paperwork. I closed 20 days later on Dec. 30. That's full underwriting approval in under two weeks! In fairness, I got a great rate, it has all been done online, and Brittany and her team kept me updated regularly. 10 out of 10, would enthusiastically use Brittany again.

I would highly recommend LoanPro for all your home purchases or refinances! They do such a great job educating you on your options and following up with you. They can get you the best rates in town and most are cheaper than your competitors that are online as well. Its best to local and its because they have more power in the lending market. Great experience working with these guys for my first home purchase. I worked with Griff and he took care of everything till my closing (got me the best interest rate and made sure my closing went without a hitch).
Griff's assistance didn't stop there - AFTER my closing when I explained him that I paid little more during the closing, he contacted escrow attorney on my behalf (after they forgot to mail me the balance) and had the balance money mailed to my address! That speaks something about the kind of support they provide.
