Our team leaders monitor employee work for quality and customer satisfaction on a monthly basis. We are a specialized janitorial labor leasing source, "Number One" in the business of custodial staffing. We study your environment and offer solutions to minimize your costs and maximize your situation.
Each individual fills out our initial application as well as a pre-qualification survey. This is used to measure the level of experience and knowledge. CHS can then determine where to place this individual according to a customer's specific needs. This will only happen if the potential candidate passes two required interviews.
