Meet Will: Will applied through Mixed Staffing in 2015 when he was 39 years old, had no experience working, and had 6 serious charges on his record. After being incarcerated for 20 years, we met him in the spring of 2015, got to know him, and heard his story. We hired Will as a Construction General Laborer.

Courtney at Mixed Staffing is phenominal. She helped me get out of a position that I really didn't want and into what I am hoping will be my dream job. She even contacted me the day before I started to wish me good luck on my first day.

The process was incredibly quick, flexible, and worked well for me as I was transitioning between jobs. The constant and clear communication from my recruiter Allison has been wonderful as well!

Mixed is a really great place to go if you are seeking help with employment. They all do a great job building relationships with their employees and make everyone feel important, unlike a lot of other staffing companies. Nikki in particular I had a great experience with. She really takes the time to know what you are looking for and makes sure the job you get is a great fit long term!
