L & O Fence, LLC is a licensed Shenandoah Valley fencing contractor specializing in farm, vinyl, board, privacy, picket, chain link, aluminum, split rail, and composite fencing, and vinyl porch railings. We provide free estimates and always perform quality work. The company was founded by Dwight Layman and Tom Ott. Both grew up in Weyers Cave, Virginia, graduated from Fort Defiance High School, and are proud to say they have lived in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley their entire lives.
