Autumn grew up in the Colorado Rockies and has always felt a calling to work in the medical field, helping people. She obtained her Bachelor's in Psychology at Colorado College in 2004. Although Autumn is a skeptic at heart, she came to love acupuncture and massage for its clinical effectiveness and personalized approach to treatments.
A Chinese medical diagnosis is based upon a thorough consultation and examination. For your first visit, please plan on being in the office for about 75 minutes. We will talk at length about your reasons for coming in, and will go through a full health history. It is important for us to discuss all aspects of your health even though they may not seem directly related to your current issues.
Chinese medicine and acupuncture are based on the principle that a smooth flow of energy, or Qi through the body is the key to maintaining health and balance. When this flow becomes blocked, the supply of Qi and blood restricts; thus failing to nourish the cells, tissues and organs. Qi blockage can result from a range of causes, from emotional stress to acute physical injury.
I have been to Autumn many times and if I had more time in my busy schedule I would go every week! She has helped me immensely with stress and physical ailments. I highly recommend her services! Autumn is a healer in every sense of the word. She takes the time to get to know you and really listens so that she can offer the best solutions and care for each unique individual.

I'm so glad I found Autumn at Compass Point Acupuncture. I started seeing her due to some pretty rough nausea in my first trimester, and I just can't recommend her enough. Autumn is so compassionate and knowledgeable, and her treatments really work. I will be back soon, and I'm so grateful we have her here in Bozeman!

I’ve been going to Compass Point for two years now, and I love it! I originally started seeing Autumn for PMS/endometriosis relief and saw HUGE improvements. I now see Megan on a weekly basis and love the work she does. Very professional, very intuitive, very relatable. Both women have great expertise, and Megan also does cupping (which is AMAZING). I recommend them to everyone who doesn’t already have an acupuncturist!

Autumn is the best! I love this place and have been going here on and off for a few years. She even does trigger point and cupping. Autumn also sells a variety of products for muscle pain and is knowledgeable about Chinese herbs. She can mix a custom bottle of tinctures for all of your personal ailments....I would put mine in tea. She isn't too woowoo and is well grounded.

Excellent! Having recently moved to town, I was looking to have a couple old sports injuries dealt with as well as finding some help with the accumulated anxiety of moving across the country. A friend of mine in town referred me to Autumn at Compass Point Acupuncture. She was very attentive and seemed very knowledgeable when diagnosing my issues. I feel like progress has been made and I look forward to seeing Autumn again!
