Longero was founded in 1923 by Phil Longo and Nick Vallero as a partnership engaged in boiler repair and sheet metal work. At that time the company was known as Longero Boiler and Sheet Metal Works, Inc. In 1930, the company moved to 3410 Brighton Blvd., Denver, CO. Mattox and J.F. McCauley who changed the name to Longero, Inc.
Longero fabricates carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum weldments. We specialize in heavy plate fabrication. We can fabricate in weights up to 80,000 pounds (40 tons). Common fabrication projects at our plant are skids, platforms, water control gates, atmospheric tanks (non-pressure vessels), bins, hoppers, transitions, clarifiers, process equipment, and spiral stair cases.
Longero is the "go-to" shop for steel bending for Colorado, the West, and the Rocky Mountain region. We have four angle roll machines in-house to service our customers' steel bending needs. We are able to curve angle iron, pipe, square tube, rectangular tube, HSS, beams, channels, flat bar, round bar, square bar, and t-bar.
