Thomas was very helpful throughout the purchase process, but I was most impressed with their service AFTER we completed the deal.
On our way home from the dealership, the tire pressure sensor warning light came on, suggesting we might need to replace all four sensors. Not what you want right after buying a new car.
I contacted Thomas shortly thereafter and he set me up with a repair appointment later that week. I brought it in and they replaced each sensor for *free*!
It was a huge relief and I'm very grateful for the way Thomas & the entire Right 1 conducted their business. They'll definitely

Selling a car? Don’t waste your time. Employees were very professional until you sign the line... almost a month now still no check from equity I had on the car. The first two weeks were lost due to a “clerical” error that was being blamed on the state. No sense of urgency at all. All in all, best joke in town if you like to be pushed around and not in rush to receive anything quickly.... 0/5 👎🏻 👎🏻

The worst dealership in Charlotte don't waste your time spend your hard earned money with a reputable dealer they sold me a car that was in an accident and then passed it off as small cosmetic damage when in reality this accident caused issues and their response was I should have gotten the extended warranty now only a clown would believe an extended warranty would cover damage due to an accident besides the car still had a manufacturer warranty on it for a longer period of time and I'm sure the manufacturer warranty is much better than anything they offer so buyers beware right one auto

Coach (John Pratt) was amazing. I found my dream car and called immediately. Coach sent me pictures throughout the day and the car was in pristine condition when I arrived that night. BUYER BEWARE!!! GO ELSEWHERE! I did extensive research before deciding on the make and model of used vehicle I wanted to purchase and also vetted the dealership before driving over an hour to purchase my vehicle. I was told about the 150+ point inspection and "complete reconditioning" they perform on each vehicle. Doug really was helpful. He asked me what I wanted, he made sure I got just that. I got the 2018 Chevy Malibu, and its amazing. He really was the best sells man ever. I loved the fact that he didn't try to fast… talk me because, I was a woman and that this is my first time buying a car.(with no credit at that.)He explained Everything clean and clear.
