We have always tried to be good customers as you have always looked after us. Having a property so far away means you have to put a lot of trust in whoever is looking after it for you. We have read lots of horror stories from other owners about the problems they have had with their respective MC's but we can honestly say we have never had cause to worry about the integrity of your dealings with us and on our behalf.

This was supposed to be a 5 day stay, but the house was unacceptable. The couches were stained. The pillows on the bed had yellow stains. The blinds were torn. The shower was not clean. My daughter said there was blood on the sheets in the room she was in. I tried calling and emailing them to be put in another property of there's. I got an aswering service. We slept on our towels and throw blankets being we arrived at 2 am. The following morning I was told they don't have anything but if I check out by 10am they would only charge me for one day. The pictures they show is not the home you get. Nothing
