Heather Larrimore, DMD, founded Larrimore Family Dentistry with a vision to provide expert family dentistry for the Ephrata community in a relaxed and caring setting. Dr. Heather was raised in Ephrata, and the people and the community are close to her heart. More recently, Larrimore Family Dentistry moved to a larger office just down the street at 814 Dawn Avenue in Ephrata.
Unlike some larger, corporate-owned dental offices, Dr. Larrimore is involved in every aspect of patient care. Patients feel informed and assured that they'll receive expert guidance about their oral health and any possible treatments that may, or may not, be necessary.

Dr. Larrimore is closely involved in every aspect of patient care. In many larger, corporate-owned dental offices, you won't find this level of attention and hands-on care from the dentist. Since opening her practice in 2013, Dr. Larrimore has made it a priority that all patients are treated with respect and are heard.

Dr. Heather Larrimore is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2004. Dr. Larrimore is a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. Heather was born and raised in Ephrata and is now excited to operate her own dental practice serving Ephrata and the surrounding communities.

Both my daughter and I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Larrimore and her staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They take their time to talk to us and let us know what they are going to be doing and genuinely care about how we are feeling. My daughter LOVES going to the dentist now.

I just had the best "crowning" experience ever! I'll tell you that I was not eager for my crown appointment, just because my previous 3 crown experiences were not good (however, they were done by other dentists, not Dr. Larrimore). From the moment I sat down in the chair, I was treated as a very special person. Everything about the procedure was explained thoroughly throughout the appointment. The part that nobody likes--the anesthetic shot in the jaw--was as smooth as it could have been. I felt so fortunate to have such a skilled technician administer the medicine. I take my entire family to Larrimore Family Dentistry. I’ve been taking my 3 young children since they were 2 and they all love coming to the dentist and look forward to their visits. The staff is really great with children and it helps foster a positive relationship with dental health at an early age.
My favorite reason for me personally going is because they can use the water pick for most of the cleaning, eliminating that wretched scraping sensation.

I’m not a big fan of dentists at all, especially after some of the experiences I’ve had. However I absolutely love Dr. Larrimore and her staff they always make me feel at ease. She has very genuine bedside manner, and always makes you feel like you’re the only patient she has. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know!!

For years, I struggled with insecurity when it came to my smile, and I always hated the dentist because I was always ashamed of my teeth. Originally, I had a gap in between my two front teeth and an overbite. I was able to get the gap filled at a previous dental practice, however, the work was shoddy and I still had the overbite, hence a crooked smile. When I moved to a different area, I decided to look for another dentist and I came across Larrimore Family Dentistry. I am so glad I found Dr. Larrimore! The staff is FRIENDLY, always try to make me comfortable by offering me a pillow for my head

Dr. Larrimore is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. I have had multiple procedures done at her practice, ranging from cleanings, filings, crowns and veneers. Most recently, I had major reconstruction done on my top teeth, with a mixture of crowns and veneers and I could not be happier with the outcome. Dr. Larrimore truly has the best interest in mind for her patients and she goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with the results. I could not recommend this practice enough! Heather and her staff are the best there is!
