At Ephrata Family Dentistry, we aim to provide affordable dental care to all of our patients. We work with most insurances and accept major credit cards. We also accept CareCredit and Lending Club as alternate forms of payment. Every dental insurance plan comes with two features: an annual dollar maximum and a deductible.
Many times, surgical procedures have to be referred outside of a general dental office. However, at Ephrata Family Dentistry, we are able to provide many in-house procedures! We are also able to complete dental implants in-office as well. We aim to provide you with the best possible care and a variety of options without having to be directed to another practice.

After assessing your teeth, your dentist will put together a personalized treatment plan that will break down the steps for reaching your goals.

Whether you are looking to replace one tooth, a few teeth or a whole set of teeth, implants can provide a long-lasting solution for your smile. Before dental implants were available, fixed bridges and partial or complete dentures were some of the best options for replacing missing teeth.
No one plans for a dental emergency! Emergencies come out of nowhere and disrupt a day when you least expect it. If you or someone you know is experiencing a dental emergency the best steps to take are stay calm, figure out the cause of the pain and contact your dentist right away. In a dental emergency, our team will do our best to get you into our office for same-day care.

I have had my initial appointment be cancelled rescheduled at least 3 times by them. My husbands was canceled and then rescheduled twice and then cancelled his filling appointment. We are thankfully moving to a different area and will no longer be going to this dentist. Good luck getting an appointment. You probably will never get it. They need to hire some management staff.

Very disappointed with the practice. They do not honor a patient’s right to chose what is a patient preference, but rather push X-rays that were not needed in an effort to inflate costs. Owner of practice is not open and receptive to more of a homeopathic approach which involves dental care without the need for excessive X-rays, which were not needed for a simple cleaning. Solely my opinion, however it seems their practice is geared more for profit over patient individualized care.

Awesome staff from the the front desk to the exam room. Comfortable setting with fastidious attention to cleanliness. I was very impressed. Having come from a previous bad experience Ephrata Family Dentistry restored my faith in having a good experience at the dentist office. Honestly that hasn’t happened since I was a kid. Thank you all!

Very disappointed I spoke with a representative online to set up a new appointment for my husband and myself. I was told someone would call me back to make the appointment and it is two weeks and I still did not receive a phone call back. I work in a doctor's office and understand it takes time for things like this, but two weeks to get back to someone is way to long. I would not recommend this office. I also heard things from existing patients that they cancel appointments very frequently.

This was my first time seeing the people at Ephrata Family Dentistry. My hygienist, Shanna was superb! Explained everything she was doing and why. Educating as she was doing her job. Dr Oware was also fabulous. He was gentle, thorough and explained what he thought a good treatment plan would be for my dental health. I am very happy with the experience. Just wish my dental insurance covered more.

How about this? The hygienist that was supposed to do the cleaning left early because she wasn't feeling well. Not only is this practice upstanding because they let an employee go home sick in the middle of the day, but the Dentist, yes the actual Dentist, cleaned my teeth in her place. Thank You Dr. Justin for stepping up and standing in for an absent coworker. Yes, I definitely recommend Ephrata Family Dentistry. I would have 100% before today, but this is just another reason to keep coming back.

My husband and I really love going to Ephrata Family Dentistry! Everyone is so kind and always quick to answer questions and address any concerns. It is a very clean and friendly environment. The equipment is very advanced! You can actually see the inside of your mouth in great detail and they explain the health of each individual tooth! So cool!… It really helped me to have more respect for the importance of dental hygiene! The new building is very nice with plenty of waiting room and a wonderful children's play area. The staff is so friendly and they did a great job taking time to answer any question myself or my children asked.… They have the technology to detect any problems early and are very proactive with care. Office staff is also great giving a friendly welcome and easy to make appointments with.
