I would not recommend this place. Very rushy and they do not value customer service. The male technician was not helpful in helping me find the color I wanted, and rushed me while I was deciding. He told me he didn’t have time to make any changes or adjustments, didn’t even ask me if I liked them.

Service was decent outside of technicians questioning the powder I chose to pay for on my nails there is no complaint. I was mislead over the phone into thinking a gel pedi/ mani for a child was $28 it was $35. They also charge $18 for gel polish on top of what was paid for a fresh set. I paid because I didn’t ask again when I arrived but that minor detail took the tip money from the nail techs. Instead of the $15 a piece I planned for them they only received $6 because I was misquoted and didn’t bring enough cash. Service was decent but I shall not return because polish shouldn’t be more

I have been a very good loyal customer to this establishment for a few years and have even recommended it to my own clients as well. I was just in to receive my normal dip and pedicure and the first person who was going to do my nails was so terrible to me. She didn’t speak the best English and had someone explain that she wasn’t going to change the color if I didn’t like it. She threw the color choices at me and walked away. They know me here as I’ve asked for color changes before, they have “matching color samples” but once put on they don’t match at all so yes, I’ve asked for

I work until 6 get there 6:25 ish walk ins welcome! I needed gel set and pedicure. Sat in pedicure chair with feet in water for about 30 mins while they all seem to be rushing around they did finally come and added some hot water, then after another 10 mins or so they finally start pedicure, then another lady comes over and starts my gel removal while in pedi chair. That’s fine the need to soak off but The girl nearly took the skin off the sides of my nails with the nail file while prepping to soak the gel off, I had to ask her a few times to stop hitting the skin, she then went and got an old

Someone recommended this place and said it was good so I made an appointment for my friend for 11:30 today and this is what happened ...they took her back to do her pedicure and it took two hours and 40 minutes to do... She had to keep repeating to the guy are you going to trim my nails are you going to do my calluses are you going to the wax he still didn't understand what she was saying... She called me and I told her just leave it does not take two hours and 40 minutes to do a pedicure and she still hadn't had her nails done either I would not recommend place ...Having feet redone at a better

I am highly livid! I've been loyal to this place for years and even had other guests come here and have never been this disappointed. I came in to get 2 nails repaired, for the first time, ever. Cici was very rude and rushed through the entire time. She asked what happened and seemed bothered by my response. Now when you look at my hands, you can tell which ones were repaired. They aren't smooth, they are rough, not properly shaped and just nasty looking. I take pride in my nails and look forward to having something nice to look at. It's such a shame because she did a damn good job the first time

This place is the worst nail place I have ever been too! I went there to get a full set. They were out on and they were nice! The problem was they didn’t last but four days. I needed two repairs. So I went back to get the repairs and a fill since it was almost a week. They denied me a fill and claimed it was because I had no appointment and they were “too busy”! I was very cool about it and said ok. The next day I scheduled an appointment for yet again 3 more repairs, a fill and color change on toes. They sat me down and the woman that was doing my nails filed down the existing nails I did

I used to come here all the time before the pandemic hit. It had to be at least a year and a half since I last came in, and on my first visit back Kathy seemed to remember me. It was very busy, but she made time to make sure everyone was attended to while also doing some advanced work on a woman’s nails. She is truly amazing and thanked me for coming back. I get pretty basic dip done, so everyone I’ve ever worked with has been fantastic, and doesn’t mind that I’m not the conversation type. There was never any doubt I was coming back, and it made me feel special that I was still familiar

I'm only giving it 1 star because that's the only way I can write a review...I asked to have a acrylic on my big toe due to the fact that my nail came off. Now mind u I have went to other salons and got this service rendered. I told the lady I wasn't satisfied and then she wants to explain to me about why my toe looks like this. I told her I understand but it looks odd. She then calls another nail technician over and she says the same thing that I know is not true. At this point I was irritated and just told them to leave me alone. Also they charge an EXTRA $5 to use the callus remover

This place is not as is advertised. They nickel and dime you for everything. You want long nail extra you want different shape extra you want tip that's extra... I spent $45 down the drain. The older lady who did my nails; did not take her time and they look like press on nails. They look flat, if I could take them off I would.. it's so hard to find a good place and I went off reviews and I am so upset how my nails came out... I wish I could get my money back. Never going back there again.

My favorite nail place in orlando hands down! Kathy is my nail tech and really cares about the actual health of nails. Which is something that i have found a lot of other places put on the back burner. You can tell she loves what she does and it shows through her work. loves trying new ideas but has a precise technique so i always leave looking clean and classy. She has never cut me and never over uses the drill. My nails last and are stronger then ever. Very clean salon, just make sure you set aside time to be here because perfection isn't rushed!

I was a loyal client from the beginning when they opened. I would only go with ONE specific person, bc I quickly noticed not one individual at Fanci Nails had the delicacy of Evan. He was very detailed & ensured I was completely happy. Unfortunately he left & I tried with other techs. Huge mistake, we are simply a number to them and there's no urgency to cater to a loyal client... or ANY client in fact. Went to this place for the first time. As soon as I walked in someone came up to informed me how to sign in on the tablet. One thing I noticed was that they had a lot of employees. They were packed but I only had to wait 5 minutes. Customer Service was great! I got a pedicure and gel manicure done, nails came out nice. They are more expensive then other salons (paid $15 more than I normally do getting the same thing done).

The customer service was on point! They were very attentive and friendly. They acknowledge my sister and I right away as soon as we walked in.
Sometimes as women we don't always go prepared and know what we want and/or we get indecisive with so many polish colors and styles lol But they were nice to attend to our needs and were able to help us narrow down our choices.
It is a nice, relaxing and clean nail salon and the prices are reasonable. Our nails were filed and polished to perfection. Excellent place to get your nails done. I definitely recommend coming here!

While the mani pedi was decent. The pricing and advertising are VERY misleading. I came in for the $45 gel polish with pedicure, called to confirm that it was a mani pedi. When I went to pay they told me it was going to be $60, $27 for the pedi and $33 for the gel manicure. Pulled up their website on my phone to show them the deal I was talking about and the manger spent the next 10 minutes explaining to me why I was wrong and the $45 was for a pedicure done with gel polish. I kept telling him to just run my card and he just kept telling me why I misunderstood the pricing.

I recently visited this nail salon because it was close by and I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi before my friend's bridal shower. My friend and I got there at about 6:45, they were a little busy but told us to pick our colors and have a seat. We didn't wait very long before we were taken back for our pedicures then were sat next to each other and done at the same time for our manicures. Overall they did a pretty good job and had a nice selection of colors. I would probably go back if I was on that side of town.

Salon is quite beautiful, so good impression upon arrival. Started with a pedi and the bowl for feet was pretty, nice towel and warm something put around my shoulders. Was asked if I wanted a razor for callus, which is normal to me, but to be charged $5???
Then on to my manicure.....I had a gel french, one hand was so bad it had to be redone. When I got home I had to fill the rough edges on that hand.

I had my nails done here because my friend does, with Jesse, and she loves it. I hadn't had my nails done in several years because I'm worried about damaging them. I finally caved and me and my sister joined her. We both had our nails done by Kathy. I tried to tell her the shape that I'd like and she said that she would make them look natural. We both ended up with what looked like press on nails. 12 days later, one of mine popped off and my nail was green underneath. This review is based solely on their mani and pedi services. I give my experience 3.5 stars (rounded up to 4). I walked in on a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy. I was greeted by Jesse and told it was going to be about a 15 minute wait, ended up being 30 minutes but they did apologize. My nail tech, I believe her name was Alice was very sweet and friendly.
Before coming here I checked out the prices. Services are discounted until April 30th as part of their grand opening promo. A mani & pedi is $31 right now, but regular is $39. I felt that is a bit pricey but since I live so close

UPDATE: second visit was a disaster! They lose a star from me from 5 to 2, Nails are ok after kathy fixed them but after 2 hours of having the guy file and stare at my nails talking under his breath. With an attitude because i asked him what is taking so long he responded with oh are you in a hurry ? NO IVE BEEN HER FOR 2 hours and have seen 5 people come and go and im still here. Not sure ill come back unless jessy can do my nails because wow . No bueno ! Oh and they charged me $5 for length that I was not told about. Fyi
