I would like to commend your driver in truck 102 for helping me last Thursday night. I was stuck on the NJ Turnpike in Ridgefield Park for over 2 hours and he was able to quickly get my car loaded up and on the road to the dealership. He is very friendly and professional - and I am going to highly recommend your company to others.

Great, great experience. Johnny, Andy and Steven were so helpful and communicative. Albeit I didn’t bring in a very complex situation, I did bring in a last minute situation along with hopes that I could bring it home ASAP. They all answered my questions with ease, talked to me without jargon, walked me through the estimate patiently and even helped me load something into the truck which I’d never done before. The price was fair and I feel like I was given great attention and care

We had professional, attentive, and timely help from the Brookside staff. They were patient when there was a bit of a problem with getting keys for the vehicle. I am not sure of their names but we were there Saturday morning between 9-12. I thank them for their help and great customer care.

I cannot say enough Good things about Bergen Brookside, the customer service was Phenomenal the repairs done to my vehicle were Perfect as well as being done very quickly. The second I walked thru the door I was made to feel that everything was taken care of and it was 💯 Percent! I would Highly Recommend them to anyone. If you've had the misfortune of being in an accident don't worry they have you covered. Your vehicle will literally look Brand New!!! I added before and after photos so you can see the amazing job they did!!
