Village Auto Body was really nice to both my daughter and I when we went to pick up the contents of her totaled car. Without being asked, they took off the licence plates for my daughter. The kindness they showed was much appreciated by both of us.

Mark is the man! I brought my car here after some guy didn't tie down his cargo and it smashed into the front of my car. He fixed it right up and was a huge help. Very honest and a cool dude. Sending all my buddies here.

The worst place i've been before. And the best part They send your car for other place that is a body shop. Guess what, that other place doesn't open on weekends. Sure. 2 more days of charge. So, convenient, isn't it!

Don't get towed or repair done there. They will overcharge you. After my Lexus got towed to this shop, I was told multiple times that my car could not be fixed easily so it shouldn't be fixed. Then the guy gave me incomplete repair estimate and charged me $50 without telling me in advance (I got free estimate elsewhere). Then they charged me overpriced storage fees and even charged me on moving the car up to the tow truck for almost $100. After I complained that my car was driven up to the tow truck, they reluctantly removed the charge. Then I moved the car to other body shop where it was fixed

I've had multiple cars fixed here always an amazing job. But the most recent my mother had her Lexus fixed here and they did an over the top job! very happy with the results, will continue coming here!!

So my daughter had taken her Range Rover here to be repaired and she was pleased. I then used them for my personal truck an F -350. They had the truck done within 8 days and its better then ever. A young man by the name of Tyler and another man named Mark were very helpful and they also did a great job. I was worried about them matching the paint color because the truck is 4 years old. Not only did they match the color they detailed the entire truck. Inside and out. Thank you Village Auto Body.

I recently had an accident and my car was towed to Village Auto Body. They couldn't of made the process any easier. They took care of everything from speaking with my insurance company to arranging enterprise for my rental. I was kept up to speed throughout the entire repair process. When i went in to pick up my car it looked better than new an was completely detailed. Looked better than it did before my accident. Thanks Village Auto Body. You have a lifelong customer now.

I was in an accident with my truck and it was towed to Village Auto Body. The women there were very helpful made sure i was ok. They helped me handle the claim and got me in a rental immediately. My car looked awesome when it was done. The paint job came out so nice. I bought running boards which they installed also. I would highly recommend this place!!

Brought my car here a couple of times to get fixed and i must say they do a great job when i arrived to pick up my car it got a full detail on them and the staff was very friendly and helpful and they were good with pricing on the car when i arrived to pick it up.

Very greedy ownership and combative staff. They also own Citi wide towing that has been under investigation by the office of consumer protection in Bergen County for predatory towing practices.

Melissa went above and beyond to help me get a rental and was so helpful with all my questions and super knowledgeable about dealing with insurance and did everything she could to help me stay on budget. They did a fantastic job on my car- it looks great! (replaced front bumper as well as couple other fixes they helped me out with) and I was very happy with the results! I would definitely recommend them

DO NOT GO HERE!
Horrible people, horrible work. They damaged the interior of my car by storing the trim in it - scratched the windshield and cut the leather on the steering wheel and then denied they had done it. The exterior work doesn't align and when I asked them to fix it they said I was being too nitpicky and gave me attitude.
How they are Audi certified is beyond me. I would NEVER take another car here, EVER! Especially an Audi, more expensive to fix the bad work they did than to have paid out of my pocket for the body damage. I've complained to Audi directly. DON'T DO IT if you like your

Just had my car repaired . People there were excellent in explaining what needed to be done an work was completed ahead of what they initially told me. I will definitely recommend Village Auto Body to anyone who needs work done

Although I didn't use Village Auto Body to fix my car after my accident because it was deemed totaled by the other driver and his car, I can say that they are polite and reputable. I really appreciate how easy it was to work with them. The staff was very nice and reassuring. They took good car of my car while it was there being stored after my accident. Thank you.

This is the worst business I have ever come across the owners behave as if they where from the zoo they have the worst customer service I have ever seen not to mention the manager who is not that smart he knows nothing about anything I can't understand how someone would let him run Their business this place is a circus act I don't advise anyone to do business here!!!!!!!!
