Cherry Valley Automotive has been caring for their customer's vehicles since Don and Annette Kiker opened the doors in 1986 in Cherry Valley, CA. In 1997, needing more space for their growing business, they moved the business closer to the freeway in Beaumont, CA but kept the name. In order to provide their customers with complete auto repair service, they added the division of Beaumont Tire in 2001.
For over 30 years in the pass area, Don and Annette worked hard for customer loyalty by providing quality customer service and straight-forward, honest automotive services. In 2017, they retired and passed the baton to Don's brother, David Kiker, who had owned and operated his own auto repair shop in Anaheim, CA.

We work hard to gain the loyalty of our customers and are proud of the 5 star testimonials we've received. Service was great especially Brook in the office very professional definitely will do business with them again. A friend referred me after his car broke down. They could have given him the run-around but they were to the point and honest about what needed to be fixed.

$1200 and 1100 miles later the problem returned... phone call fell upon death ears as attitude surfaced. Stuff happens... and not all repairs hold true.. one would expect "customer service" at all times.. not just with good reviews.... interesting how behavior turns pejorative when confronted with a service that was inadequate. Make your own choices.. and not based upon my review of a repair that was less than what a good review would require..

I really wanted to like this place. They got to my repair faster than other shops in the area. However, the newly installed radiator had leaking hoses I had to tighten myself. Worse, whoever did the install broke the vacuum hoses that operate my AC unit. So I now have a repair that is more expensive than what I initially took the car in for. They left my car worse than when I took it in to them.
I already asked the owner if they would do anything to correct the situation, and they very clearly said they wouldn't, and if I even wanted them to look at the issue they caused, they would charge me
