I was grateful that they matched a competitor price for tires, but ended up paying more with overcharged fees. Mount & balance quoted at $68 and I was charged $88. Charged $26 for tire disposal when I had no old tires to dispose. They said it was the state fee on all new tires, but the state fee shows up as a separate $7.
They did not damage my wheels thankfully, but balancing job was mediocre. All the wheels have 10-16 weights attached, more than I have ever seen on any wheel. The tech either does not know or did not bother to shift the tire so that the heavy point of the tire is opposite

My wife and I, would like to express our sincere appreciation for the “Excellent Tire/Suspension Service” completed on my wife’s vehicle. Before the start of the job: Your Manager, “Dan”, explained fully of what vehicle suspension parts were in discrepancy, including, the replacement of the four tires (originally the reason why were @ Ramona Tire). Dan’s customer relations skills displayed knowledge and was very helpful. Mike assists me to make sure I will experience the best customer service when I went today. It started with me calling from home to make sure I expect they could cater into my needs. He replied politely and promptly. I was tense arriving in there facility and he comfort me with an advise to calm down as they are there to serve me. I am also being offered with a cold drinks. I didn’t wait any single minute as my car was immediate taken care. 5 star is underrated and most likely I will be a returning customer again soon. Of course I am happy leaving their facility with a fixed car. Kudos!

Mike and the guys were great. No hassle and no bs with my experience. Pricing was right on and all work done in a timely manner. Will definitely be returning for necessary work in the future. My truck is dual purpose (personal and business) therefore proper maintenance and care is a priority. Highly recommend them.

I've purchased several sets of tires from this location over the years - price is always fair and service is efficient. Today, however, I have to write a review. My car was pulling to the right so I had Ramona check the alignment (I actually purchased the 5 year unlimited alignment package last year which is a nice offering). Todd took the time to go over the numbers with me and noted that the "suspension components" (sorry if this is the wrong term) vary between manufacturers. Update: have since taken the vehicle to a new mechanic after 2 days of the run around with the Ramona's tires. They have: misrepresented the discussions had with myself and husband, called me a foul name and hung up on me and dispute proof their negligence resulted in the engine having to be replaced. They continue to refuse to offer a refund for the second vehicle. We have very graciously agreed not on seek compensation for the other vehicle they "serviced" continuing to request they do what's right. Few days late but wanted to give Jesus a shout out. I stopped by after they closed looking for a near gas station to get air in the tire really quickly. Guy working at the front wasnt really helpful but as I was walking back Jesus offered to take a look and end up checking all 4 tires and adding air to my low tire. He didnt have to do that but he did and I was super impressed by his work ethic. Next time i need tire service I will definitely stop by! Thank you, Jesus!!

I can't say enough about Ramona Tires and their staff. The managers I've dealt with are Jackson and Todd. They are the absolute BEST!! They both have extensive knowledge not only with tires, but also with pretty much all services. They are professional, patient, and always do a fabulous job. Prices are very competitive. I had a great experience at Ramona Tire today. Had the nail in my front tire removed, the tire repaired, tire rotation and an alignment. Todd and the Ramona team were friendly and got the work done quickly. The good experience is why I keep coming back and use Ramona Tire for all three of my vehicles. I brought my son's car in to have his brakes checked since they were making noise. I was told that the brakes were fine but he had other issues that were going to cost $1400. They heavily pushed my son getting a credit card.
Which is the worst advice you can give a young adult. Something didn't seem right. Went to Auto Experts Mission Viejo and got the car fixed for $150. Watch out.....use you instincts.

Ramona Tire did a great job fixing what another tire shop could not. They were able to get my Chevy Van driving perfectly straight. Had tried 3 times at another shop and they couldn't do it. All tire shops are not equal. These guys know their craft and are worth considering for high quality work. Thanks Jeff.

I called Romona tire around 10am and asked the front desk (his name started with a J) I think Jeff... I asked him to look up my tires and see what would be a good fit. We went back and forth where I finally agreed. He said he could have the tires by 3pm get them installed and finished by 5pm (closing) they also picked me up and dropped me off from work so I didn't have to worry about it much. When I went back to pick up my vehicle Jeff was slammed with 4 people inside, people calling, etc. he still gave everyone such great customer service and was so calm even with a bunch of eyes staring

Started going here after Mountain View wanted to over-charge me for a particular service. Since then, all 4 of our cars have been serviced by Ramona tire in Rancho Cucamonga. Great service from all they guys there.
Today I got a great surprise when I went in to pay for my oil change. NO charge! They were apparently doing oil changes for no charge during November for veterans. Very cool!

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS!!!
My car battery died this morning and my husband attempted to push start it down Marguerite....no luck. We rolled to a stop in front of Ramona Tire Center. We asked the store manager if they had a portable jump starter and he quickly sent "Jacob" out to help us. We were up and running in 5 minutes.
They didn't charge us a dime for the favor, but we gave Jacob a couple bucks anyway. I'm happy to recommend this local business because they care about their neighbors, and that goes a long way.
