Their delivery guy dropped one of my boxes and broke a new acrylic jewelry case I just had built. Driver signed his receipt that goes to the company saying that the box dropped off the back of the truck into the street (he and I both saw it). I opened the box few days later (so heavy and cumbersome for me---I was very busy after returning from… NY show and didn't open right away) I found the case broken, sent images--BTX said claim denied because I waited too long to tell them. I was a long term, easy customer storing my booth and shipping with them. For $400 they lost a customer even though
