Vili and Edgar were amazing! They both were so patient and knowledgeable in helping me fit this huge sofa in my small apartment. The two gentlemen that brought our BBQ grill were extremely kind and professional. They said, " thank you" and " yes, ma'am" even though they didn't need to. I've never heard of this company before so I has to Google them. What a wonderful representation of this company. I will definitely spread the word!

As I am a frequent customer of Wayfair, I have become a frequent customer of on time deliveries and they are amazing. I was in LTL frating for years and. Andrea that works. The front desk is. Amazing. So professional, so friendly, so polite, so willing to work with you. It's just such a change from other companies, it's an absolute pleasure to deal with her.The two drivers I've had so far are Nili and Saia..... So polite, so respectful. They are absolutely top notch. I would recommend these people in a heartbeat to anyone and everyone.

I’d just like to express my gratitude for the two guys who delivered my mattress today. My mattress was missing from their truck, so they went above and beyond to go back to the warehouse to pick it up and deliver it today instead of me having to re-schedule the delivery. I’m very impressed by their service and they were very professional and careful with my mattress.

I asked them to put my cabinets under my covered porch area, they backed up to a snow bank over by a small unfinished tiny home I’m still building and they proceeded to toss the cabinets out in the snow they damaged two of the longer pantry cabinets unloading them and refused to help me move them to a covered spot I had to clear out which is not where I wanted to put the cabinets! They watched me my wife and my daughter remove everything out of the snow and kept saying it was a basic drop which I guess means they can toss your packages into a snow bank and drive away?! My delivery was on time and very efficient. I received phone and email notifications the day before the delivery date that I had chosen with a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery I also got a phone call letting me know they were on the way and what time they would arrive. My bed was in good condition with no damage, and the delivery men were careful bringing the packages into my house.

These guys delivered a large chair I ordered from Wayfair. They were so helpful! They carried it inside and put it where I wanted it to go, and I didn’t pay for the upgraded delivery. They unpackaged it to make sure it was in good shape. I was thankful for their care and kindness! They arrived on time during my delivery window too. Super nice, honest guys.

My wife and I have had multiple deliveries from OnTime and they all have been good. The delivery men that came each time were super careful in bringing the products off the truck and into our home where we had that service. Made sure to give us time to look at the boxes to ensure no damage. Keep up the great service!
