I feel like shops like this are a dying breed. They enjoy what they are doing and care about their customers and the quality of service that they are providing. Its difficult to find that anywhere these days. Their rates are definitely affordable. They are honest with you up front and only sell you what is needed. No pressure sales here or people working for a commission or bonus. Will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for auto repair.

I'm so glad I picked these guys! 😁 He (sorry I forgot to ask your name) was able to squeeze me in and get everything I asked for done for a great price while I waited. Everyone was very nice, and respectful, which I appreciate. My old highlander feels really good now. If I was staying in Indy I'd be a customer for life! 😁

This a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Rick and Mac are down to Earth guys, communicate regularly, and offer options to get you going. Their prices are very reasonable and will be honest with you upfront when things are going to be pricey. Been taking my vehicles there for repair needs for the past 4 years.

They saved me $600.00! I went to another mechanic and got an estimate for $687.00 for repairs on my Mustang. They said I needed a new Radiator Fan among a lot of other items repaired. Mac and Rick at R & M looked at my car and figured out the only thing wrong was a loose hose clap. $87.00 and my car was repaired! I will not go to any other shop in Plainfield from now on. Honest, good people that know what they are doing. Period.

This Saturday was the second time Rick has went above and beyond. I work in Austin Texas, commuting back and forth as often as possible. My daughter goes to school in Chicago. Her older vehicle has a horrible noise in it when her and I went out Saturday morning. I called Rick and asked if he would have time to look at it before she went back to school on Sunday. He said bring it over now. Not only did he get it done, replacing a wheel baring and tire rod end, but he left the keys in the car so we could get it later that evening. This is also the first time in my life I have ever had the bill come
