Did not meet their commitment for completion of the repair, nonexistent quality control, had my vehicle 15 days for a 5 day repair due to poor quality repairs, damaged my new fender after it had been replaced and painted, realigned my front bumper 3 times before getting it aligned correctly, all-in-all a very frustrating experience and would not recommend this Geico Skillman Express Collision Center to anyone for any reason.

I bought Palisade limited at Skillman Hyundai Avon last July 2019 for $53000.
Great car great service until $5000 damage repair at Skillman collision center. The tail lamps do not fit right. Gap large enough to get water and ice into it. This happens to my neighbors car. Water and ice got into the lamp, busted the bulb and put car on fire. Beside car replacement insurance had to pay $12000 driveway for burned driveway. The car was repaired with brand new tail lights. The insurance went after Repair Company.
The purpose of collision settlement by insurance was to repair the SUV as it was before

I went to pick up my car & it looked Showroom ready! They did a Awesome job on the Body & they even detailed my car too. I hadn't seen it clean in over 2 months due to the Covid-19. The staff (Matt) are knowledgeable, kind & gave me every detail.
Matt even put on my hubcap as well.

Front desk staff and the Manager, Jesse are top notch professionals in customer service! Jesse was always available to take my call or to return my call in a timely manner & was great at explaining any delays due to my my initial inspection from the adjuster.
My vehicle repairs were made in a timely manner, however, due to no fault of Ray Skillman Collision Repair, there was an issue color matching my vehicle’s paint. Jesse & his manager, Heath (Greenwood RSCR) were able to bring in the paint manufacturer representatives to resolve the issue. Heath even came in on his day off to meet with us
