Little Leaderz Day Care, Inc. is a family Childcare Center in Irvine, California managed by Shana and her assistants. We are a licensed home daycare provider specializing in childcare for children whose age ranges from 6 months to 8 years old. We aim to provide the best care for your little ones in a safe, loving, play-based educational environment, at the same time, stimulating their skills emotionally, socially, intellectually and physically.

So we crafted educational programs specially designed to shape young minds and help mold their own personalities. The infant program at our Childcare Center in Irvine, California is designed to create a warm, loving, and secure environment for your child, thus, providing a peaceful sleeping space, as well as one-on-one play and nurturing time. We spend time cuddling and talking to your infant to instill trust and build a healthy relationship.
Our toddler program provides a safe, fun, and nurturing learning environment for toddlers. Here at our Childcare Center in Irvine, California, your little one will be able to enjoy a healthy balance of learning and social activities, music and movement, and outdoor activities.
It is our duty to help your child reach their developmental milestones through exploring and learning through play using blocks and puzzles, arts and crafts, and imaginary play.Our teachers also read books to them every day through circle time. Wonderful Daycare! Shana has been wonderful in every aspect. She is professional, trustworthy, and caring. She can provide customized care for children based on their needs. Also provides home cooked meals and snacks, making sure children are well nourished and saving parents lots of time not having to pack food! Asa is so kind and loving. Shana and Asa provide education through art, yoga and play. I highly recommend this daycare.

My daughter has been coming here since she was 8 months and she absolutely loves it! Shana is very detailed with her curriculum and keeps it fun and interesting for the kids with all the yoga, art, play, organic foods, etc. My daughter loves it so much that on days that she isn’t there, she wants to go there and misses her friends and Shana!

Amazing day care! Our son enjoyed every moment there and had a great time, he especially liked yoga classes :) Shana is very responsible, keeps parents up to date and she’s great with kids, they love her! She also feeds the children only organic and fresh food which is a big plus since it’s rare to find in daycares. Overall, highly recommend!

Little Leaderz Daycare is a gem. I called basically every in home daycare in Irvine when researching for a care facility for my son. I needed a daycare with the option for flexible hours such as early drop off or late pick up, and Shana was happy to accommodate our family when needed.
Shana is organized, thoughtful, and kind. The first part that stood out to me was that most of the kids at the daycare had been there since they were just a few months old. Many of the children there now are 2-3 years old, so that says a lot about how happy their families are to continue sending them there. Shana

When we moved to California, we were in search of a reliable and caring daycare for our son. It was his first time joining a daycare. We researched and visited a lot of daycares and chose Little Leaderz at the end of our search. We chose Little Leaderz because of their flexible hours and availability. My child has been attending Little Leaders Daycare for around 2 years (started around 4 m/o). Shana is a very warm, caring person, and she has developed an excellent program for the children including educational activities, yoga, arts & crafts, baking/cooking. She has ALL of the fun toys and cycles them out and rearranges the room which helps the children from getting bored of the environment. She has a back patio with a slide playset. This is the best daycare in Orange County! Both of my kids have been loving going there for over 2 years now. The owner is reliable, kind, loving, caring and always goes the extra mile to celebrate the children and seasonal holidays. Great communication, lots of pictures from their day there, kiddie yoga, healthy homecooked food, literally everything a parent would wish for in a daycare. I am so grateful I found her via a referral early on and have been able to have a spot there for my kids. Highly recommend.

Little Leaderz daycare has been the absolute best choice for our family. Going back to work full time when our baby was 4 months old was hard enough, but I couldn't be happier dropping her off with Shana everyday. She keeps me updated (with pictures and videos) throughout the day which is so comforting. Our daughter has the biggest smile every morning we drop her off and Shana opens the door. From providing food, indoor and outdoor activities and lots of love, we feel this has been the biggest blessing. Shana is an absolute angel in our lives for the care she provides.
