Jeremy Jordet has a 20+ year background in the building industry, working with four major metro home builders overseeing the creation of homes from entry level to homes valued over $900,000. This knowledge and experience became the foundation of his company, Innovative Custom Homes, Inc., providing new home construction, extensive remodeling projects, simple updates and small maintenance items.
Under Jeremy's leadership, he has formed a highly skilled team of contractors offering excellent service. Jeremy's wife and partner, Lisa Marie Jordet, has also been part of the real estate industry since 1992. Her estimating expertise provides each customer with the best value and she is committed to working within their budget.

At Innovative Custom Homes our motto is "Remodeling Homes for the way you Live". From adding a deck or porch, updating your bathroom or kitchen, to finishing your lower level or adding on to your home, no job is too small or too large. We've done it all! Our company was founded in 2005. We are family owned and operated.
Our experience with Innovative Custom Homes was nothing less than fabulous! We recently added a four season porch to our home and the finished product exceeds our every expectation. We absolutely love it. Working with Jeremy and Lisa was wonderful part of this whole experience. They are professional, honest, timely, friendly, and responsive as was every subcontractor that entered our home.

We needed our basement repaired after it flooded. Called Innovative Custom Homes and they were able to start right away - a huge relief. They gave me a schedule of who would be coming into our home. All workers were professional in with COVID-19 as a concern. The work has been great. Very happy with Innovative Custom Homes!

I can't tell you all in a short amount of time how wonderful Lisa and Jeremy - Innovative Custom Homes Inc - are. We needed a lot of guidance from taking our small 1970's kitchen and remodeling it into an open spacious one. We had a wall taken out, ceiling fixed, all new cabinets and appliances, electrical redone and fixtures added, floors redone, railing added to our split and easily (at least for us) added in the replacement all our hallway doors to match our new décor. They never let a hiccup stay a hiccup; even for one after it was all paid in full, they came out and fixed a loose spindle
