Here at FABTRON, INC., we offer CNC machining services across the U.S. We operate a wide variety of state-of-the-art CNC machines. Due to our broad capability and capacity, we are able to service industry leaders within the marketplace. We are a completely equipped precision sheet metal facility with CNC capabilities and can provide CNC machining, CNC punching, and CNC laser cutting.
Our Engineering staff can provide services from concepts, design changes, product enhancement or reverse engineering if desired. Fabtron will work with your team to deliver the desired parts at competitive costs. To avoid the time and cost of special tooling, precision Laser Cutting is available. This capability can be used on mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum in the material thickness desired for your product.
We have been taking advantage of 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) capabilities since 1977. 3D realistic view drawings and renderings are a great tool for view or improving a prototype before the fabrication process has even begun. 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) models are used to create assembly fixtures, form tools, check gages and 3-axis cutter paths.
