Hassler Communication Systems Technology, Inc. has been serving small businesses since 1991. While focused primarily in the greater Dayton Ohio area, HCST services clients across the US. Since then, as technology changes and grows, so has HCST. We continue to strengthen our services with business Best Practices, the best Network Operations systems and Professional Services systems, and the most experienced professionals.
HCST was founded in 1991 to provide "computer support" services to businesses and organizations. Even back then, before the term "Managed Services" became a common term, HCST was proving more "proactive"services for our clients by using detailed monitoring applications to detect issues (primary Internet acces) for our clients.
HCST Managed Support Services ensure your entire IT infrastructure is always operating effectively; at a price you can count on. Each of our clients is different, so our suite of services is always tailored to YOUR needs and budget. HCST's Managed Services are a contractual relationship with defined response time targets, and specific services.
In addition to HCST's premier Managed Service options, HCST provides "pay as you go" support services for a large client base as well. HCST's staff of trained, experienced technical support specialists support clients remotely via "remote control", or on-site. HCST staff handles ongoing, planned, and emergency services at hourly rates.
HCST tracks all work requests through Autotask. If you have an account on our ticketing system, you may log in here for complete access to your work tickets. You may request a client portal login if you don't have one. Please note, it is important to use the email response you receive, with a ticket number for all communication on the same topic.
