The Layer 2 team has the vast experience in PC repair and troubleshooting, upgrading, and repairing all computers to get you working as quickly as possible.
In addition to our popular on-site support we also provide remote support for those quick fixes that don't require a tech to be on-site. With remote support we can troubleshoot all kinds of issues such as viruses, printer issues, popups, malware/spyware, error message, email issues, and many more. Generally we can at least diagnose an issue over a remote session and with a 86% success rate we can fix the issue within that same remote session.

Last week, for some unknown reason, my computer shut off and would not reboot. David and his team had to reinstall Windows and was able to get my computer back up and running the next day, just in time for another busy day at work. Layer 2 assisted us through this crisis and continues to supply us with excellent IT support every day.

Super impressed with the level of service received from Layer 2 Computers and our technician specifically; Brad. He was super courteous and took our needs into consideration when making a speedy and quality hard drive replacement for our iMac. He arrived on time and came well-equipped with the necessary accessories to access our issue. He removed our iMac from the property and had it back to us within a couple of days earlier than expected for a full hard drive replacement. I would highly recommend this company and our technician Brad!!

Layer 2 solved two computer issues for me this week; one in their shop and one on a house call to my home. In both cases they were quick, effective, professional and provided outstanding communications. It should also be noted they were very reasonably priced. I feel like I have a new team member available, knowing they are there and available in a timely manner should I need them. What more could I ask for ?

Layer 2 Computer continues to do amazing things for me. I've used a wi-fi system that they recommended and helped install. It's superb, but after a year or so of use and a power interruption, it acted differently. Layer 2 techs were on top of it and quickly sorted out the issues, arrived on time and fixed the issue(s) quickly. I can take care of most of my IT issues myself, but when the issue goes beyond my skills, they are at the top of the game in fixes.

My Alienware laptop's motherboard died, and there was significant concern that my data could be lost. I was hoping that even a little bit of information could be recovered in my wildest dreams, but the company went above and beyond. Wonderful service from the moment I contacted them about my issue, throughout the process, and upon rapid and high quality service being completed. No complaints, concerns, or issues at all, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone with computer issues, both Windows and Mac!

From start to end, this company does an amazing job. They answered my initial email almost immediately, they were able to accommodate my schedule, and they followed through after my appointment. Sam, the technician, did an excellent job getting my aging computer to run more efficiently again. It hasn't worked this well in several years. On top of that, he was both polite and friendly and willing to explain the technical issues in a way I could understand. Finally, their prices are super reasonable; it was definitely money well spent.
