I'm not entirely sure where this place is, but if it is the location I'm thinking of this place is like the ghetto of apartment complexes. I know some people used to live here and they said it was basically like the projects I have heard that the place has gotten better overall but used to say if you're not living here how could you know

This is my second time living in Ashton Place apartments. Both times have been a great experience. LeeAnn is super friendly and has answered every question I've had regarding rent, pets, maintenance, everything. Everything is well kept and I have enjoyed the time I've been living here.

We have lived in this community for a little over two years now and have been overwhelmingly satisfied with our time here. The property manager Lee Ann and maintenance man Rick are always courteous, quick to respond to any need and overall just a pleasure to deal with on any matter. Another testament to the community here, most of my neighbors have lived here longer than we have. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for an affordable, family friendly, and overall pleasant home for themselves, couples or their family.
