My wife and I have only been in our apartment for two months, but we've found that everyone we've met are friendly and kind. It is a great value! I'm sure there are much "nicer/fancier" apartments around town, but they also come with high price tags. Saxony has been a perfect place for us in many ways. The folks at the office are timely and responsive. the staff gets things done when there is a problem. We have no complaints and are very happy with the decision that we made to make our home at Saxony!

Saxony Apartment Homes is the best community in Cookeville! The employees treat you like family and will do their best to help you. The prices are the best in the area with water/sewer included!! I am so happy that I found this community! Saxony is also pet friendly for those like me who love animals! You won't regret living here!

I have been a tenant at Saxony Apartments since 2009 and can't stress enough how great it really is living here. There is a real feeling of home. From the ladies in the office to the maintenance men they are all great and very reliable. Don't bother listening to the negative comments. Saxony is an affordable, friendly community

This is my 2nd month of living at Saxony & I have to share my review. I was a little put off by the reviews on here about renting an apartment here, but thank God I followed my heart & decided to move in. This place is such a GREAT place to live! The worst part about the apartment is what the previous tenants did to it - they absolutely trashed it. I never understood how people can destroy another person's property & be okay with it. I was raised that you should always leave it better than it was when you moved in. I have lived in several different apartments, townhouses & condos & I can honestly

I lived her for the last two years and had to move because of a job transfer. The maintenance staff was wonderful. They really cared about any type of issue that had and took the time to explain what they were doing. The office staff was wonderful. They told me that they did not want me to go that they would miss me. They really cared about me as a person. That is rare these days. If I ever move back to Cookeville, TN I will make for sure that I choose Saxony Apartment Homes as my home again.

I don’t understand the negative reviews talking about the landlords and office ladies, I have been living here a while and it’s fantastic. My roommate didn’t have any credit and this was her first apartment and we were approved no problem. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in and there was no mold or anything. If maintenance was needed and we weren’t going to be there they would ask permission and if not then they would reschedule to a day we would be there. $300 Per person for a 2 bedroom is beyond reasonable. I found it a very easy renting experience and this is the second apartment
