I agree with Kim this is a difficult place to bring your loved one and the are an independent business. And they blame it on the state of Utah with the rules but it's their company. Not a great place to take someone.

I have been to visit my dad at this facility many times and I pray if I ever need a rehab facility I am not placed here. I have never met such rude employees in my life. The front desk has acted so put out each time I come in if I dare ask a question. I realize that everyone is short staffed and tired but a smile goes a long way. It's hard enough having a love one placed in a facility but then to not feel welcome when you come to visit is an even bigger blow. The front desk needs alot of work at this place!

I was at Point Meadows for a month. I didn't want to go anywhere but home. The facility picked me up at the U of U and and brought me to a beautiful place with a very kind staff. The room was big and nicely designed. They even had soft water in the shower. I felt like I was on vacation the whole time. They had a number of therapist there who helped me with balance and strength. We did walks every day. They had a gym with all kinds of equipment and therapist to help you use them correctly. They were all top notch. I would definitely recommend this high end facility to rehab you back to the healthy

I worked at Pointe Meadows as a CNA for a while and it’s amazing how much they care about their staff and their patients! Everything they do is to make life better for the residents and to make sure that the staff feels appreciated. I really enjoyed my time here and would gladly recommend Pointe Meadows to anyone I know!

Pointe Meadows is a beautiful facility! The staff goes above and beyond to serve and care for their patients. Each team member I have had the pleasure of working with has been exceptional!! They truly care about each person that walks through their doors. If you are looking for a temporary home for your loved one, this is the place! You will not be disappointed with the care that is provided and received.

This place neglects loved ones and their family. My mother has had nothing but bad experiences here from the beginning. Every time I've brought it to the social workers attention, they assure me that things will get fixed. My mother has fallen yesterday and was injured and not one staff member has called to inform us about the incident. Don't send your loved ones here, they're very neglectful, and the staff is rude.

Working with their admissions, nursing and transportation staff has thoroughly impressed me with how they care for their patients, that’s not even mentioning how beautiful the building is. There are buildings that are beautiful but cares are not at that level. Pointe Meadows is both, and willing to take feed back and improve on it

My Mom is there and I can't ant believe the lack of nutrition that they give her. They constantly miss here dinner and the meals are always cold and yes, the mattress are hard! I suggest that she should be sent down here to Utah County to be closer to family, but i so regret that suggestion.
please don't send your love ones here.

I’ve worked with a lot of skilled nursing facilities and this is one of the most beautiful facilities I’ve ever seen. Not only are the aesthetics of the building top notch but the award winning staff is nationally recognized every year on being one of the top operating facilities in the nation.

I'm giving 2 stars not for the nursing staff, the receptionists, or the therapist staff. I'm giving 2 stars because of the admin staff and the social/case workers! They are horrible to work with especially if you have Medicare. They don't care about the patients which they are supposed to be an advocate for! All they care about is getting their money!! If you need something when you call all you get is voicemail. Multiple messages were left and never get a phone call in return. They were supposed to set my mother up with home services before she was discharged which they

This is the worst rehab center where I have ever received treatment. The bed is rock hard. I had back surgery. My incision is on my back. It is very cheaply built. I've stayed at a Motel 6 that was superior to this. The food tastes like it came out of the trash can. I waited 30 minutes for my pain med. It hurts my back to sit on the bed. I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights. It would be a form of torture to send a loved one there. Soft drinks and snacks have to be purchased from a vending machine. Who brings money to a rehab center. A hammer is needed to break my dessert cookie

My father had to come back for rehab and since we had had a good experience here thought we would do it again. We made a mistake and this time it was an absolutely terrible experience. The nursing staff could never answer questions about his progress. They would take up to 15 minutes to respond to the call light/signal. He wasn't getting food, therapies were discharged without contacting the family, the facility actually worked out discharge plans to his previous ALF with hospice without once contacting family to inform us of the discharge plans. In three weeks that he was there we were not

Do NOT take your loved one here. My grandpa was transferred a week and a half ago from a rehab that had high hope for him walking again. We did a tour here to check the facility and were promised multiple things, a shower at least 3 times a week, 3 hours of therapy a day...my grandpa has had one shower after my aunt yelled at them to shower him... one shower in over a week! The physical theripist have no idea what they are doing. He has digressed since being here. Today they didn't bring him his lunch which has been my final straw. Don't be deceived by this place. We are looking at other

I'm so happy with this place!! My mom was just moved from Orchard Park in Orem and that place was horrific. This facility is clean and the nurses and care is so much better.
