Every time I call to speak to someone I get redirected to the robot. When i make an online appointment i have no clue what the appointments mean and there is little direction. I select an appointment to be emailed back that i need to come in for an appointment and my selection is cancelled. Making a telehealth appointment is to not have to travel 30 minutes to see a doctor. There is no information about covid on their site so it's so confusing and stressful when you're feeling sick

Shipley just left my wife in tears. Easily the worst caregiver we have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Can't imagine what this would have been in person as this was telehealth. Don't appreciate paying to be cut off at each word, ignored, berated, belittled and accused. Why are we on trial for having a cold? If you have a bad day, process it, don't dump it on your patients. To those setting up appointments, choose someone else, or go somewhere else.

I have long dreamed of a place where I can see my medical doctor and have them prescribe essential oils and supplements to support my health.
