LRS was the first travel assignment I took after 2 years medsurg. To make a long story short, I had to leave the assignment in Nevada due to a family emergency. I simply asked my recruiter at the time, Cody Charlotte if I had to fly back home could I come back or something along those lines. His response was work what they tell you to work. I respectfully told him I don’t have to do anything I don’t want to do. So, I just left. Instead of him being understanding and asking me was everything okay, he jumped to conclusions. He also lied (like most recruiters do) saying that I wouldn’t find

Navigating the shark infested water of temp. agencies is daunting for the uninitiated. I was fortunate to stumble upon LRS while searching for a temp position. All my communication with LRS has been professional, responsive and on point for my allied professional needs. I would highly recommend these folks as they are focused on the candidate getting the best fit for them as possible.

First of all, Morgan D. is a good recruiter; she gets 5 stars. But the company itself is not of ethical or legal fortitude. When their after-hours emergency line was called for a problem on the night shift, they did not respond for over 6 hours. When the contract was cancelled the next day, I was mocked for upholding the legalities concerning passing medications I fired LRS for these reasons...but I would follow Morgan anywhere. I would not recommend LRS Healthcare.

I’ve done travel nursing intermittently for 10 years now and this is hands down the best company I’ve signed on with. Very attentive, professional yet at the same time personal. I’ve dealt with Cody G, George G and Nina T and they have ALL been FABULOUS and so understanding during this journey!! I have nothing but good things to say about LRS!!!! The staff is prompt, caring, and thorough. My recruiter and account manager are who keep me on track and with bouncing around so much, I sure need the help. LRS has been a great company to work with! My wife and I both work for this company, and our experience here over the last 2 years has far exceeded previous employments. Being that we travel far away from our true homes most of the time, it is nice to know that we have some great support from our employers at LRS. They have always taken care of us since the day we started, and they are so easy to work with.

I have been working with LRS intermittently since 2016. My recruiter, Alicia, is amazing. She is always prompt in communicating with me, genuinely cares about what’s going on in my personal life and what’s happening at the facilities I am working in. I have used multiple travel companies and LRS has by far been the best. My recruiter, Randi Rowe has been there for me, found me jobs in locations that I want, has answered all of my questions and offered me multiple choices for work. I have received some of the best assignments and pay in the industry. Randi has taken the time to get to know me and what I am looking for as a traveler. I have referred several of my friends to her. I typically don't give nurse staffing companies the time of day because I am not interested in travel Nursing or short contract work. Well, I finally let down my guard in the last few months and decided to give LRS a try. What a mistake. I spoke with a recruiter 3-4 months ago on the telephone explaining to him my wants and needs. I then emailed him specific documents he requested. Never heard from him again. I recently contacted LRS and asked for the specific recruiter by name. I was told he no longer works for the company.
