Throughout the whole process, Jonathan Homes was very communicative and transparent of the their choices and milestones throughout the build process. Pre-PA we were given a list of all of the upgrades we had to choose from, and our selections meeting with Jonathan really helped to get an understanding of all of the different choices and upgrades that were available. We had the pleasure of building our home with Jonathan Homes in 2021. The communication from the team, especially Renee, was always timely and professional. They addressed any question or concern we had without making us feel like we were being burdensome. The house was finished on-time, and they were transparent with the construction schedule. There were a couple of items that needed to be addressed shortly after closing due to timing of product availability, and they ensured each was followed up on until completion. We love our new home and appreciate the entire team at Jonathan Homes.

We highly recommend Jonathan Homes to anyone looking to build a home! The quality is top notch and their pricing is transparent. Renee did an amazing job responding to our many questions and Josh was much more than a project manager as we used him to consult on our future projects and ensure that the home is built in a way where it will meet all of our needs/desires.
